2024.11.25 01:30 ProfessionTricky2335 hr 25+ bpm higher than normal
 | these are in order of descending chronological order: before my marathon, I ran sub 9 paced 10Ks at around 165 bpm, and 10-11 min paced long runs at 155 bpm. now, I can barely muster 3 miles and my hr is soaring up to 185-190 bpm (higher than my max hr during the marathon…) the weather has cooled down significantly (not cold) so theoretically my endurance should be improving. I got my iron tested and it’s fine, and it’s almost been a month since my marathon. is this normal? is there anything I could do to speed up my recovery? submitted by ProfessionTricky2335 to Marathon_Training [link] [comments] |

2024.11.25 01:30 PerfectEqual5797 Aftermarket brakes and rotors suggestions?
As title says looking for suggestions. Approaching 50k miles and gonna be replacing tires, wheels, getting alignment, and possible suspension in the front but not 100% sure. It just feels… off in the front. Almost a grinding feeling in the when turning, and clunking sound when hitting bumps at an angle. Anyway that’s not the point sorry haha
Does anyone have any suggestions for brakes/rotors? Not needing crazy performance stuff but a little better than oem would be nice. The tires I’m getting are wider than stock so that will help with braking ability too.

Wooly's 'execution' in the 1st part was the way Rebecca was treated in Hameln and at the hospital as well. As we know, Rebecca denied to do certain things after she unintentionally said demonic names for workers. The situation of Rebecca being in denial might've been repeated, and that was it for the company. So she was given some substance (like Wooly gets a drink from Amanda) and then led to the hospital. Her critical condition seen in a secret tape in AtA2 could be the result of poisoning. And then the operation was performed (Amanda recreated it by 'operating on' Wooly, she also used the meatman's knife for this). In this tape we cannot help Wooly in both ways actually, this does hint that operation failed for Rebecca and she got stuck in her struggling consciousness.
This also might be the reason she's not that mad at Wooly anymore as she took revenge.
Somebody pinch me if this theory has been already discussed.

is it just me or is it an implicit societal no-no for men to go to public holiday gatherings by themselves where the vast majority of everyone there will be families or someone going with someone else?
in my experience, there seems to be some kind of automatic stigma if you go to something like this without a girlfriend, wife, or your family, or if youre two women. single man though? seems like an implicit societal no-no.
seems like everyone is all about the "get out there and meet people" mantra, just as long as it isn't around other people.
