My dog is 1.5 years old and is a male corgi mix (neutered). Recently we had an issue with him expressing his anal glands on the couch when relaxing so we upped his fiber intake (Glandex) and took him in to get them expressed at the vet. Tech said everything with his butt seemed normal. Then four days later he starts expressing in the house again. 3+ times per day and seems to be correlated with when he has to poop. The addition of fiber has improved his poop consistency but seems to have made the expressions more frequent. I scheduled a vet appointment for Tuesday but wondering if anyone has seen anything similar or has any ideas of what I could be expecting. The other change in him we have seen during this period is in the shape of his poop. The beginning 0.5 to 1 inches of his poop seem to be folded coming out.
My working theory as someone with absolutely no knowledge is that there’s some issue in his colon like a minor intussusception or something similar and this is causing extra pressure at the end of his digestive tract, causing the frequent expression and the shape of his poop to look folded at the end.
Has anyone seen symptoms like these or have any ideas to what this could be? Or am I overthinking it? He’s only been on the Glandex for a week so I’m wondering if it’s too early to tell if there’s any changes, but the amount of expressions seems concerning and more than the typical gland issues.

It's not easy to think denomination exist because people especially leaders have their own agenda. They could split because the issue of the lord super?! Ok fine let's assume Calvin got it right. After awhile there are division within the reformed denomination that about something else. If I'm not a believer I really did see religion as a playground for selfish ambition. Especially for church that never endorsed by other church yet keep saying they're doing best for God. In a city there are so many Christian and churches, how could it be they're the only one who got it right?

I have a 2017 Nissan versa sv that’s pretty beaten up (cracked windshield,bad serpentine,bad control arm bushings, paint oxidation) from 4 years of nonstop DoorDash and uber, and I’m wondering if the price carvana will offer will be higher if i do make most of those repairs aside from the paint? Or should i just sell it as is and cut my losses?

2024.11.25 03:29 fatalskeptic Lost power for a few days, here's everything that didn't work
I've been slowly and steadily building / learning about homelabbing and have built decent setup:
- Cisco C240 M4 work waste running Proxmox -> Ubuntu Server -> Portainer (connected to a UPS)
- Old HP PC running TrueNAS (connected to separate UPS)
- Beelink NUC dedicated to Home Assistant (connected to the same UPS as TrueNAS)
- WD NAS connected to the same UPS as TrueNAS and HA, configured in slave mode
- TrueNAS UPS runs at about 64% load (UPS lasted ~12ish minutes)
- Proxmox runs at 16% load (UPS lasted ~20ish minutes)
TrueNAS UPS
- TrueNAS shut down very quickly; turns out, I had set TrueNAS to shut down within 30secs of switching to UPS - need to update when TrueNAS actually shuts down
- Home Assistant eventually shut down; I have no idea when - so need to figure out its shut down config
- WD NAS had a power failure alert when things came back up - so despite being setup as a slave, still to config how it reacts to switching to UPS
- I shut down the Ubuntu VM manually
- I did not know how to shut down Proxmox - need to learn that, and figure out how to config how proxmox reacts to switching to UPS
TrueNAS
- None of my systems turns on by themselves, and I had to manually turn them on: need to figure out how to setup that using BIOS or WOL for each system
- Frigate did not deploy and had to run an upgrade
- VM and almost all other "apps" started working fine
- Cisco C240 M4 switched the primary boot device to UEFI boot instead of the WD Proxmox SSD so it didn't turn on till I tried to reseat the SSD and eventually googling how to switch from UEFI boot to WD SSD boot (SSD was last boot device with UEFI being 1st)
- Once I got Proxmox running, two of the portainer stacks had to be redeployed because I was getting error 500
- Proxmox NUT service isn't starting, ran lsusb, UPS isn't listed
- None of the 3 servers powered ON by themselves when power came back,
- Shut down time for each system when switching to UPS was not configured or configured incorrectly
- Boot device sequence was overridden by Cisco
- Some of the containers had to be redeployed
- One of the UPS devices isn't being detected USB anymore

My bmw m4 (f82) went into differential limp mode at the track yesterday. I used ISTA+ to diagnose the issue and verified that the wiring harness is not shorted or open. The service procedure says to replace the Differential Servo motor which is $500 new.
Should I bother to throw parts at this or do I spend $3500 on a drexler diff, I hate having electrical failures and this leaves a bad taste in my mouth about the ediff.

Very general question I know but I’m helping someone with a study and I’m looking from some preliminary information from various sources.
So two groups of people: SWAT and NON Tier 1 Special Operations (so rangers, seals, SF, Marsoc, etc)…
Shooting skills wise, what equivalent class do you think many of them would land in?
I get it’s vague because “SWAT” can run the gamut from full time swat teams to “part time anyone who wants on the team can be on it” type teams in rural counties.
Also, some swat and Spec Ops guys do compete in practical shooting as a hobby but for now let’s discount those guys.
Also, if anyone has links to data in this that would be helpful. I did find one link where a Swat instructor, who is also a IDPA guy ran a bunch of swat guys thru the qualifier and that was helpful.
The study is being conducted by university students an this is just some preliminary research.
