Smoking my first brisket I have an upright Pitboss smoker, I’m second guessing myself, I’m going to dry rub,how soon do I need to dry rub it Planning is starting my smoke late night Wednesday And any advice is appreciated, my FIL who often smokes brisket told me not to trim anything he trims it at the end but I kind of wanna trim some of that fat or is it trimmed well? I got it from Sam’s Club it looks like they did a pretty decent job of getting a point on it.

Hi! I'm buying a used car with a loan, and need to show proof of insurance for the state of NJ in the bext 24 hours. But my license is suspended because my other car doesn't have car insurance (The rate was really high due to multiple policy cancelations from financial instability, and I couldn't afford to let them keep raking me over the coals. So it was cheaper to go without). Any car insurance companies offer coverage to people with suspended licenses? I only need insurance for the next 6 months because the loan will be paid off by then. If you could rewrite a plot from season one or two, which one would you choose to rewrite?
For me, I would have rewritten Leighton’s coming out to her dad plotline from season two. I would have written it as another legacy Kappa hopeful telling her mom that another legacy (Leighton) gave some girl chlamydia. Then that mom tells Leighton’s mom behind the scenes and she puts two and two together.
Then when Leighton’s mom comes to campus for an alumini Kappa event, she tries to politely prod the information from Leighton and Leighton picks up on her mom’s weirder than usual behavior so she becomes anxious/standoffish because it’s as if her mom knows something that she doesn’t.
As the Kappa event continues, Leighton’s mom becomes impatient as her prodding attempts keep failing. So, an awkward conversation where she basically blurts out that she knows Leighton is gay ensues. All the other attendees stare then Leighton leaves the room, feeling embarrassed.
Then, Leighton’s mom goes to comfort her daughter and they have a sweet heart to heart that depends their mother-daughter bond.

I start a new job tomorrow and am both very stressed as well as anxious. This is sort of an issue for me as I suffer from a tight pelvic floor and any amount of stress or anxiety only furthers to increase the tightness. The anxiety is almost crippling, I’ve wasted most of my day being worried or staring at the clock counting down the time before I have to go to bed for work. I just want to know what you all do to destress or release the anxiety from starting a new job. I currently am out of anxiety medication and waiting for it to be refilled. I mainly want to stop being so anxious so I don’t cause more issues for myself while I’m at work. Thanks for any replies in advance!

I genuinely think this place has quite possibly the most toxic userbase relative to its popularity at the moment, almost entirely because Rivals 2 did not meet whatever expectations they had going in. Some of what’s in the game is justifiably in need of being fixed (like the strength of floorhugging), but what I’m hearing is not that. Every time the threads here show up in my feed, it’s another person telling me that a game, a game that recently left beta weekends, a game slated for ten more years of development, is bad or dying because [fill in the blank]. People are just so desperate to look like they’re smart right now (and I will happily plead guilty for posting this), that they have to know what’s best for the game and how to fix it. I don’t know what the hell to really think about the game beyond “everybody being voiced is kinda weird” and “I wonder if I’d do better with a shield instead of just parry”, because anything resembling joy is buried a mile deep in 100% pure Himalayan salt and also tournament results.
Why are we like this, and how do we do better going forward?

Summer is the peak time for insurance damages to homes and commercial properties, especially with this summer predicted to be quite wet. We should be seeing that 4-6 weeks after some decent rain and storms the company revenue should rise (this delay is due to the time taken for insurance companies to assign work). They seem to have a decent track record; Scott Didier has been the CEO since they went public. I don’t see why they wouldn’t return to the $6-$7 mark they were averaging last storm season.
