I purchased some Rit Dye for synthetics. Just saw on the directions that I need 1 teaspoon of liquid dish soap in it as well. I was wondering if this is a step that can avoided. Or If I can use hand soap instead. All of my dish soap is powdered and Id rather not waste money purchasing an entire container of dishsoap that I will only use 1 teaspoon from.

I'm a woman, but I've been told I have a masculine energy and seem very androgenous. I don't think this is an issue, it's just how I am, but I hate that it's innate and something people notice about me without me trying to present this way. Within my social circle, I feel loved and accepted, but I've come to realize that my friends are just really good, loving people and I live in a bubble of kindness that is getting broken by strangers time and time again.
I feel like a liar every time I have to interact with straight people, like I'm trying to show them how "normal" I can be. I visited some extended family recently and they treat me differently now that I have short hair. I feel like men are kinder to me now and treat me like a friend whereas women will find any excuse not to be near me. I've always been friends with girls and loved those friendships but I feel like looking gay has shifted things.
I know I'm insecure but I don't know what to do to feel better. My queer friends are lovely but they're beautiful in a socially acceptable way and I feel like they don't understand. I just want to know if anyone can relate.

Eh o MINIMO uma cidade do tamanho e magnitude como a nossa, tanto em populacao quanto em territorio, possuir um Pombodromo. Caso um local como esse nao seja construido, eu gostaria de iniciar um processo de renomeacao do Parque Redencao para Parque Pombodromo, pois assim poderiamos pelo menos fingir que temos um Pombodromo. Yet out of all of them who was the most “200 yrs of collective game design” in the sense that they were so hilariously broken that it made you question what the fuck riot was smoking.

I met one of my good friends 2-3 years ago after moving into a house share with him. Last year he moved out, so we drifted, but we remained good friends at a distance. As time went on, I kept growing and changing, and slowly realised that he really isn't the most respectful person. He's always been a good friend to me, looked out to me during times others hadn't, and we've had a lot of good times together - but this was a bias which he didn't share with some of our other friends. Yes, everyone interacts differently, but (unlike how he's treated me) he has often disrespected peoples insecurities, often crossed the line when they ask him to stop, and has been just an overall bad friend to others at times. And although I've not excused that, I don't think I took it as seriously as I should've either, because he wasn't always acting that way. And the person he used to push the limits with the most is still friends with him, despite her having sat and cried with me before now about how bad he's made her feel. And back then, I always chose the easier "I'm here for you to listen, but I'll leave it between you two to deal with" approach.
For me, I'm feeling really uncertain because I only have 1 direct thing which did it for me. He helped me move some stuff when I moved house a few months ago, and it was a kind offer, but he was so disrespectful to me and my boyfriend. We had rearranged plans for the move so my boyfriend could be there, and then changed the plans last minute - not only leaving 5 hours early (while my bf was still at work) but also tried changing plans afterwards and delaying my bf further (when my bf was at my house waiting) which I absolutely refused. My friend made the day super stressful overall, and when I tried to text him about it afterwards (as he was completely drained and not talking about it on the day) he didn't really give me any response back. So I decided I'd be smart, and just clear the air when he came to visit the area next. I didn't realise it then, but he was moving out of town, so the next time we'd meet would be 5 months later (this week) - after finding out he's moved right across the street.
People have suggested that it could've been jealousy, but I seriously believe that it was a "change in friendship" type jealousy. We were hanging out everyday when we lived together, and I really think he was hoping for that moving day to be a final hang-out day before he set off, as we distanced more when he moved out. But he should've made it clear if that was the case. And I think he didn't, because I would've argued with him, when he wanted it to go his way. I regret not confronting him face-to-face there and then, but I was afraid he'd either leave me stranded (taking his car), or he'd angrily drive us to the other plans in spite. I've always let things go with him, but him disrespecting my boyfriend and his time, really hit a nerve. Which makes me feel crazy too, because my boyfriend fully trusts my decision, and has no problem with me continuing the friendship if I want to see how things go. But am I being an idiot by continuing it if I'm convinced it'll happen again? Ugh.
