I have very dry skin but oily nose. Suffer with stomach pain after eating and constipation. For the last 10 years my weight has been constant at 140- 146lbs, that is until in April 2024 my gyno changed my birth control pill and I suddenly gained 25lbs in 3 months (not sure if it’s really bc of the pill but I stopped taking the pill in September 2024). Since early July, I have been unable to lose the weight despite 3x week cardio intensive exercise and 5x week calorie deficit.
I have been off birth control since September 2024 but yesterday got Kyleena IUD inserted.
I suffer with regular yeast infections (about 10 times a year, probably more).

So i currently have an audio technica AT-LP60X turntable with some wired speakers. I have been using it for a year and have loved it. It's in my bedroom as its the only place I can put it in my one bedroom apartment. I was possibly wondering if there are any wireless speakers i could use to put in the living room area as it can be hard to hear the audio unless I blast the audio.

2024.11.25 01:45 Lolito_data Microneedling with topical dutasteride (0.01%) 1x every 15 days is much better than topical finasteride 0.25% every day.
I was testing topical finasteride gel every day, and some results were coming, but very slowly and with side effects (gyno, accumulated fat, fluid retention and strange pains in the tendons). I recently saw a study from Mexico in which they evaluated microneedling with the application of topical dutasteride solution at 0.01% every 4 weeks and an improvement in hair growth, volume and density was seen. For now, I am testing every two weeks, but I intend to take longer intervals, like 3 and then 4 weeks. I am in the fifth week and I am going through another phase of hair loss. The tiny hairs that were coming slowly with finasteride fell out at first, but now they are growing faster and are getting thicker. I use a 1mm microneedle and apply dutasteride afterwards. As soon as I have visible results, I will send the photos here.
Obs: Since the half-life of dutasteride is longer, I believe there is not much of a problem in increasing the interval, including to reduce side effects. I also started using ketoconazole shampoo and was already using oral minoxidil 2.5mg daily.

So my bsf is in jail waiting for trial for the death of her baby. She had postpartum so that could be the reason, but I’m not sure if she did it or not bc the charges has not been tested in court yet. I still love and care about her, but I have bad anxiety and it’s hard for me to go there and visit her, but I still feel like an ass for not visiting, and people expect me to be there. AITAH?
