I’m new to the OLED world, I’m going to upgrade to a PS5 pro on Tuesday along with a new TV. I’m very indecisive which one. I mainly want the G4 but I’m seeing stuff about it ‘needing’ calibrated. How true is this? At the moment the G3 is $300 cheaper brand new. I’m not worried about the money. I’m worried about if I’m going to have any issues with either tv especially with stuff I see about calibration. It’ll be used for 80% gaming and 20% watching tv shows

2024.11.25 02:30 Robotstandards Multiple Cable Modems on Rogers Last Mile to house.
Anyone know if you can use a MOCA splitter and add multiple cable modems on a single run from separate providers. I have Rogers Internet (super cheap price) but want to add phone and TV. Rogers doesn't unbundle these so cheaper to use a 3rd Party like CikTel, VMedia etc Is anyone running two cable modems on the same RG-59 cable run. I am not sure if Rogers use a pure star topology or tree and branch from the nodes to the hub or if it is a daisy chain with spotters that terminates multiple houses on a single line back to the rogers hub. Would Rogers have to approve the second modem or would the other ISP take care of that (Would they even know)

My mini trees take 98 pixels, followed by a star that uses 20 pixels. They are daisy chained in the configuration. Instead of cutting 2 pixels off and soldering an end back on I would prefer to just null the 2 extra pixels. Would the models be set up like this “mini tree - 1 string 98 pixels, star - 1 string 20 pixels, null first 2? Or does the mini tree need to be 22 pixels and null the first 2?

Been seeing a lot of controversy between whether not ash is good or bad. I feel it’s very opinionated and have heard good and bad arguments on both sides so would like to hear a lot from yall. How do you feel about him? I hear he’s a good weapon platform because of his 2’s augment and passive. Invisibility is always good but he has the shortest one in the game. His 1st that requires an augment and it’s still mid compared to modern armor strips, how 3 WITH an augment is worse than kullervos ability, and his 4 while has good potential is very clunky but to some.
Personally I think he’s pretty good and I enjoy playing him but I understand everyone’s concerns about his kit

Hello community!
As we approach the end of the year, we know there are a lot of holidays and traditions that can bring up tough emotions. The mods decided to put together a post with some reminders to support your recovery while participating in the season.
- It is normal to feel stressed about upcoming holiday meals. This can be a super hard time of year for many and you are not alone.
- Start planning now for how you’re going to cope with stressors. Some ideas include phoning an understanding friend, carving out alone time away from family, journaling, screaming into pillows, and remembering this is just one season, not your whole life.
- If you can have a trusted support to call back on, ask for help and walk away from situations that are unhelpful.
- Eat regularly, there is no reason to “save up” for big meals. You also do NOT need to exercise or run a marathon before or after a meal.
- Even during this season, there are no “naughty” and “nice” foods, you can partake in all your holiday favorites without substitutions or restrictions.
- If you have a lapse, know that it is not the end of the world. Give yourself grace and remember that tomorrow is a new day.
- Clothes are made to fit you, wear what makes you comfortable and feel good
- It’s no one’s business what you put on your plate. If your nosy relative has the audacity to ask about what you’re eating, tell them to kindly kick rocks.
- Be prepared that we will soon be inundated with messages about New Year’s Resolutions that are rooted in diet culture. Gyms will have membership deals, coworkers will start diets, friends will start fitness journeys, and that’s their business, but you do not need to partake. Just because your coworker is doing whatever the latest fad diet is doesn’t mean you need to do the same. People microwave fish, that doesn’t mean they’re right.
- Spend time with the ones you love, watch movies, look at lights, make cookies, and leave your ED behind.
- Take it one day at a time and try to enjoy the magic of the season. Rest, heal, and reinvigorate your desire to recover.

Oh boy, People really love to sugar coat this issue. But here it goes: Outside of legitimate reasons to be a virgin like religiously/trama/asexuality/medical conditions/or strict culture, it is weird to be a virgin past the age of around 21. Every year past that it becomes exponentially more weird.
Generally, your young adult life if when you start putting yourself out there, having fun and learning the steps to socialise and become an adult. While being a virgin is not inherently morally wrong, failed to lose your virginity despite wanting to tends to stem from 2 reasons.
- Inability to socialise with the preferred sex for whatever reason
- Inability to be vulnerable and put yourself out there
I’m not writing this to shame or insult anyone, I have sympathy for those generally struggling. But I am simply talking about the reality of the situation. After the age of 21, you really need to start taking action to catch up to your peers before you get left behind.
Extra: “no one can tell if you are a virgin”: sure no one can read your mind, but people can tell. If you’re a socially awkward person who’s never seen dating or in a relationship then people are going to suspect it. They just are I’m sorry.

Last one was a metal plate and the tire was ruined. This time it was a giant pothole. It's dark and I can't tell yet if it's ruined but it probably is. Only 13k miles on the car. I had been thinking about replacing the tires but this is not the way.
