I accepted a job at a very low wage because, at the time of hiring, it was my understanding that this job would come with a certain perk that was later reneged. Once that perk was no longer an option, I told them I could support them remotely, only on tasks that are not time-sensitive, but that I would have to take a step back. They agreed, with total understanding. The manager said that, while they were disappointed I couldn’t be there more, they totally understood and were grateful to have my support at all.
There’s a lot I like about this job. The flexibility, obviously, but I also really love working with my direct supervisor. We get along and are comfortable together, they are very supportive and encouraging, acknowledges my efforts, etc. I feel really appreciated there. And the work is “meaningful work”, for what that’s worth.
The job, even though remote and not on a set schedule, takes up a good deal of my time. I have two other gigs as an independent contractor, one pays me more, the other pays significantly more. So from a financial standpoint, I should be devoting more time to either of the other gigs. But, again, I like this job and this supervisor.
In the time that I’ve been there, I have created new systems that save hundreds of hours in weekly labor. I have created files and onboarded hundreds of clients into a new system. I have been THE point person for client onboarding into the new system.
I get paid $25/hr. How much of a pay bump could I reasonably ask for?

Hi, my husband is needing a barber. He has curly hair but won’t consistently use gel or anything to style it. He really doesn’t know what to ask for, he likes shorter on the sides and long on the top but not Broccoli cut lol. Everywhere I’ve sent him he comes back looking like a cholo (we are Jewish lol). Guy does a great job, just not what my hubby likes. He’s threatening to go to Great Clips and have it shaved and since I value my marriage I am here asking for help lol.
Any barbers that are great with curly hair and won’t automatically give him a skin fade? I can’t exactly go with him to help this communication barrier.

So I've pretty extensively read every Wiki page that could possibly relate to the grail (including the page for the grail itself, of course), and most of them seem to vaguely mention an association with healing wounds, eternal youth, and infinite abundance of sustenance. Nothing I find, however, seems to cite a source for these associations, and not one medieval story I read about involving the grail (mostly Arthurian, obviously) seems to make any mention of these traits.
It is said in later and more heavily christianized legends that the grail was either the cup that Jesus drank from, or the cup used to catch his blood, so I'd have to assume it's got some sort of power, especially given the fact it's often paired with the holy lance, but I just can't find any solid mention of it written during the medieval period.

Hi. I already attended my final assessment last friday and nagulat ako na discussion na pala yon ng JO. After the call, the JO will be available sa aming workday profiles and we were given a certain amount of time lang to submit it back. We waited almost the whole day pero walang dumating. Apparently, nagkaron daw ng problem with workday so kinabukasan or monday na daw makikita yung JO. Based sa mga nababasa ko, yung iba never na dumating ang JO. Tingin nyo makukuha ko pa JO ko? Pero last Friday I was able to receive na rin an email from accenture careers that my JO is ready for viewing pero wala parin talaga sya sa workday ko. Darating pa kaya? I’m too anxious for this.
