LO is 8 months and not STN. On a good night she wakes up once for a feed which I know is normal. On a “bad” night she wakes up 2-3x. Which is what usually happens. Mainly twice. I keep seeing post on FB in a ST group asking for help with their older babies and it just riddles me with anxiety. I’m already exhausted. I love motherhood but man working and having a baby is not for the weak. For anyone who sleep trained early on did this help re-train your baby in the future once they’re older ?

Hi all.. So I had been on Medi-Cal for a while and eventually was kicked out because of salary limits. So this time last year I switched to CoveredCA and I got signed up with Healthnet and with the discount I am paying about $475/mo..
I've gone to a dermatologist a few times these past few months and my co-pays are high ($95) and looking at my EOB (explanation of benefits) that I get after the fact from the carrier I see that they are paying almost nothing. For instance I had a tissue sample taken and sent to a lab and the overall visit was a bit over $1200 and the insurance paid about 3.5% of the bill and much was denied for one reason or another -- so I'm probably looking at paying 50% of that or more when it's all said and done.
This really doesn't seem like it's worth the $5700 I'm paying annually at my age (60).. I'm in the renewal window and can make changes. The plans available to me are about the same price whether I choose HMO or PPO (PPO is my preference) -- at least that was the case last year -- I've not looked yet for 2025.
I'm actually thinking, again, about making use of a health-sharing ministry which I've used before a little a handful of years ago and yes I know the pitfalls that I see people talking about..
Are there any other options that would get better coverage when I DO go to a doctor? If it matters, my deductible is high obviously ($6300).. so it would take a lot of doctor visits to get any provider to pony up.. I used to work in a large company years ago but now work in a very small office with myself my co-worker -- they do not pay for health insurance.
Thoughts?

2024.11.25 03:46 Valorour My DAC isn't receiving DSD audio
I just bought a Fiio KA3 and my computer doesn't seem to want to use it properly. I downloaded a DSD that has 2.8mHz sample rate. The KA3 has an LED that says what sample rate it's playing. Blue means less than 48kHz, yellow means more, Green means DSD. I can't seem to get it to light up yellow or green. I'm using Fubar2000 with the SACD and the DSD processor components installed. My DAC is set as the default output device in sound settings. In speaker configuration, the shared mode bit rate is set to 32 bit 384kHz. I even installed the 20230928 driver Fiio says is specifically for the KA3. I have no idea what the problem is.

Hello everyone! Recently just got back into the hobby during the craziness that is Surging Sparks. I am trying to decipher the differences between Terastal Festival and Prismatic Evolutions.
Why are booster boxes of Festival going for so cheap on Ebay? Is it worth it to just wait until Prismatic releases? Are JP cards much less sought after than English?

Something I haven’t seen posted here before is the topic of file management… every video we do contains (what I assume would be) numerous audio files, video files, photos/graphics for thumbnails and such, as well as the actual project files in whatever editor you use.
Does anyone have an organized file management system that works for them? Do you delete your files after uploading?
Currently, I have an extra hard drive that I keep everything on so it doesn’t bog my computer down. I typically make one folder per video with the same title as on YT, and I keep all of the shorts in a single combined folder… any assets that I would typically use in terms of braiding or graphics I keep in a separate folder as well and pretty much call it a day.
Curious to know what everyone does here!

Small - maybe 12 or 14 seats, though they had a lounge area that wasn’t used and could have seated more with different tables.
Wildly impressed. If they don’t score at least one star, if not two, something is wrong.
