Hello all! I have a twin bed and my bed frame is made of metal. I got it off of amazon and i put it together myself. Several months ago I guess the middle slat broke and now there is a ~6” gap between the slats in the middle. My 2 ikea mattresses keeps sinking between these slats and it’s giving me immense back pain. I fix it when I can but it always goes back. Any advice on what I can do to fix this without having to buy new mattresses or a new bed

Use it or lose it? Does this apply here? You get morning wood, and random boners. But i never get completely full erections while on SR. And part of me thinks.... this could be bad?
So usually every 2 or 3 days i intentionally direct my energy there to get a complete erection, then i just go on with my day.
Does anyone else do the same?

First off, let me say that I know this is just a show, and getting this annoyed with the characters might seem silly because, in reality, they aren't real. However, I haven't experienced such intense emotions while watching a series in a long time. I believe this is because I've faced some very traumatic events in my life, particularly dealing with the death of loved ones. I connected with some characters and resonated with their reactions and emotions in certain events.
I am halfway through season 3, and ugh!!! People's reactions when Tabitha comes back are infuriating. I can understand their frustration, fear, and anger, but at the same time, I want to scream at some of these people, “If you want to run into the woods and save the whole town, then go ahead. Instead of listening, then there’s the door! Bye.”
I found myself so yelling at Tabitha- Girl!! Tell them how your thinking and reasoning became so distorted because, I don't know, you've been living in a town you can't escape from with monsters that come out at night and eat people.
I don't know—this might be a stupid post, but none of my friends have watched it, and I needed to vent somewhere, lol.

On Friday I had my first and I pray my last episode of anaphylaxis due to taking medication that I am allergic too, didn't know I was until after the fact. After leaving the ER I felt fine. But yesterday my chest felt heavy and I noticed I would get tired pretty quick. No appetite but I drank a coke and ate soup, after late I my stomach felt hot but nothing horrible. Today being day two, chest still feels heavy, tired easily but now I drank a some soda and my ears feel like they're swelling. Dark pop did this nothing abnormal happened after I drank some sprite or water or even coffee. I am taking Pepcin twice a day and Benadryl every 6 hours. My questions are, is this normal ? How long after my episode will I begin to feel "Normal"?
