A lot of people are upset about this loss.. but I think we should put things into perspective.
The Mavs won 4 games in a row and two of those wins were against OKC and Nuggets...two of the best teams in the league. They even won those games without Luka.
Its difficult to win 4 games in a row in the NBA, even more difficult to win 5 in a row. So the fact that this was such a close game without Luka playing should make everyone feel pretty good about this team. They made mistakes.. but they are a good team.
I bet if Luka had played they would've won by 10-15 points. But Luka will be back soon and I have a feeling he will be better than ever when he returns and the team will go on a winning streak.

This might be a little oddly specific-I'm a high schooler competing in a Model UN conference in the Council of Philosophers committee, and my position/character is Kant. I read the Groundwork about a year ago, but I'm not super well versed in Kant. The two topics we are discussing are the crafting of an ideal constitution and how the distribution of resources should work in society, and I'm just struggling to use what I know about his philosophy to come to a conclusion about these things in a way that's true to his perspective. If anyone could recommend a place to start reading or give me an idea of what his thoughts on governmental/economic systems were, that would be super helpful!

i went in to grab some food after my 9 hour shift at work since i just had a terrrrrible day and a terrible shift, and i work in the food industry so i totally understand how stressful it can be. BUT, i pulled up to the wendy's drivethru, after placing a mobile order about 10 minutes before, and they asked for my name, i gave it, and claimed they didn't have my mobile order.
and im like okay, could be a glitch in the system [this was definitely the correct address, etc] and they asked me to pull forward to show them my app + the proof of purchase (the loading/waiting screen). i showed them it, the woman takes....myphone, and scrolls a little bit on it before just cancelling it without telling me, and handing it back then pretending that they never got the order. they got their manager to come over, and i tell them that i placed the order and it charged me, and showed them proof, and asked if i could just have my food since i have proof that i did purchase it from this location. they told me no and had me leave the line after their worker just, cancelling my order and pretending they didn't have it at all. :(
it just hurt my feelings a bit, you know?
