I'm a 3rd year undergrad (US citizen), mostly looking for on-site SWE internships. (I'm not sure if I can go into other industries because I don't have enough relevant experience).
I've applied to 100 ish so far which I feel is on the low side. But I think I've been doing something wrong for the past 100 because I haven't gotten many OAs and only 1 HR interview, so I decided to revise my resume and also look for advice here.
I made some changes after reading the wiki but I still have some questions:
Should I definitely remove the GPA since its below 3.75? Additionally, since I don't have much experience, I mostly just put projects which are for school, which are kind of hard to quantify results for. Should I ditch the school projects and try to work on a side project that demonstrates SWE ability?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

 | I recently bought my first knipex wire stripper(nexstrip) and it was stripping 2mm short of the gauge. I notice the blades don't line up with the gauge. It's not a big issue cause I can just account for the offset(like setting it to 13mm to strip 11mm). However considering knipex reputation I feel like this isn't something the designer would have overlooked. Today i went to a local fire department and asked about what i would need to do once my prospect passes the temperament testing to bring him in and have him interact with firefighters in there turnouts so that i can work on making sure he wouldn't be reactive or scared of the uniforms if we ever need fire fighters and the fire fighters on duty were geat gave me information and told me who to call to set it up and said it is a great comunity out reach opportunity. Okay short story long I am frustrated. I have done a lot of things in order to better my prints because they kept failing. Added an enclosure, Tried messing with the fan. Attempted to print calibration shape after shape. Couldn't figure out what was going on. It was the damn metal shroud of the fan. One side sits lower than the other and constantly peels the prints off the bed. I removed the entire fan and tried to print again. I know with no cooling fan I should only expect disaster. I was curious so I tried anyway. I tried to print a duct that would allow me to fix 2 problems at the same time. Getting that bastard of a corner away from the build plate and have a better duct to work with. I don't have the means to redesign this particular file I found or the means to print it now. Do any of you know of a place I could send a file to and have them print it for me? Or heck pay one of you fellow print heads to do it? I found one duct creality sells but it isn't for the S1. go figure
