Just found this crack on my stem, also cracked one of the bolts off. Torque requirements said 8.8nm and this was only at around 7.5, am I misreading these torque specs? How I ensure I don’t crack anything especially on carbon parts

Ngl, im half polish so I always thought it might be adopted from the polish culture because damn near half of the polish last names end with ski. For example - Lewandowski, Wyszynski, Piotrowski… I could go on forever. And back in the day Chicago used to be the largest concentration of Poles outside of Poland so it kinda made sense for me. Pulaski road is named after polish military commander too. Am I onto sum or im reachin like crazy? Im really curious and i dont got no clue where tf this shit came from so feel free to correct me and please dont clown me too much 😂 i been thinking about ts for a while, time to get the real legit answer

 | I’m thinking about going from my natural lighter brown hair color to this navy color, possibly even a darker one than the photo. I’m mostly curious if this is possible without extensive bleaching or if I could do it at home- I’m not really enthused by the idea of coughing up $200 for an initial , but also somewhat scared of doing bleach myself to damage my hair really badly. I gotta delete this after cause I’ll get embarrassed but pretty much I don’t ever get hit on in public. I’m 19f and maybe like a 7/10 on a really good day lmao. Today was not a good day, I looked terrible and didn’t even realised I had a pimple patch on my face. I’ll get some thirsty guys online every now and then but I’ve never been interested in a relationship. I try to use dating sites to see what’s out there and end up trolling them and not taking it seriously. Or just don’t swipe on anyone. (It’s really not for me)
Today I took my camera in to a tech store with my friend to get some supplies and advice (it’s a vintage film camera). This guy I’ve seen work there came up to me and I asked him a question before another worker quickly interrupted and took over. He was really helpful, (I pray he never reads this) and pretty cute. Our hands kept brushing as we fiddled with the camera and we talked about photography for about 30 mins. He did most of the talking as I’m a pretty quiet person and my anxiety was going crazy. Every time we nearly finished he would bring something up to keep the conversation going and i realised I was doing the same. He showed me some of his photographs on his instagram on his phone and stood pretty close to me and kinda asked for me to show some pics but I was too shy. By the end he gave me some advice, looked up stuff about the camera so he could help me more, and told me to try this other store to get the film I needed if it was cheaper. He said it would be best if I just came back though because his workplace would probably be cheaper by a couple bucks. He technically asked for me to come back later and by the time my friend and I walked out of the store she noticed him staring at me.
Sooooo, I felt bad for making my friend wait the whole time while I talked to this guy and let her pick which store to go to. Which took hours and by the time I made it back to the store he was gone. And I kinda bought the wrong iso for the film completely on accident and I have to decide if I’m gonna take it back. I’m so confused if he was interested in me or just being a really good worker. I feel like I messed up, and idk what to do. Idek know his name. Id die of embarrassment if I went back to exchange the film and he got the wrong idea like I was obsessed with him or something. I was so anxious the entire time my heart was racing and my hands would not stop shaking. Based on what I’ve said what do you think?

Hi I'm 4 weeks pp and have been exclusively pumping. I am using a handheld electric pump which has been a lifesaver! I want to move to a wearable pump as pumping with my current pump ties me down. I want to be able to walk around and do some basic house work too ( or just be able to pacify my kid). I am based in India and am seeing great reviews for the Promom wearable pump online. Has anyone used this before and has some genuine feedback to share? Also, does getting a wearable really give me freedom of movement? All suggestions are welcome.
