I looked to see if someone ever posted about this guy, but I’m curious if anyone else has noticed the homeless guy who stands at the intersection of Main and 2nd every morning around 8am? I’ve been seeing him for at least a year, maybe longer. He holds a sign that says something like, “Smile at a stranger, you might make their day, and maybe tell your mom you love her.” He’s honestly a really nice guy. We’ve had a few conversations while I wait at the traffic light, and now when he sees my car in the turning lane (I pass by on my way to work), he always gives me a big smile and wave. If we have time, he’ll ask how I’m doing and offer some positive words about why today is going to be a good day, or just say, “Have a wonderful day, sweetheart.” He’s never once asked for anything, just seems happy to be seen and acknowledged. I’ve brought him coffee a couple of times, and he’s always so grateful—sometimes even tears up. I’m just wondering if anyone else knows him or has similar stories to share. He’s probably in his 60s, has a gray beard, and is always holding that same sign. Anyway, he’s made an impression on me, and I can’t help but wonder about his story.

I have been struggling with my weigh a lot and I hope my small success wil give you some energy to get through this.
I went from 88 to 73 kg in a year? I did this buy eating only biological foods. absolutely skipped the ultra processed foods.
Sounds easy right? Hell no it isn't. My brain was completely hard wired to eat garbage. Till I just was like hey, how does these "bio" stuff tastes. So I bought a bio bottle of orange juice. And HOLY F*CK that tasted so incredibly good! and it was not even that expensive. I did kept buying more bio stuff and started to look at the ingredient lists. there is nothing in there? like only just juice. no conservatives no nothing. I feel doing this for a couple of months I observed I just eated less? But felt very full and healthy? my hair and skin shines? My cold was gone in 2/3 days instead of weeks?
A year later people dont recognize me anymore sometimes. and the only thing I did was skipping those kind of foods.

I made a gaming pc over the summer which I got to use for a month it was great but I ended up going back to school. I came back and when I got home I tried turning on my pc but I blew the fuse in my basement which made my mom made she said that I can never use my pc again in her house. She thinks that since I made it ( it could be flawed and that it's a danger to the house ) should I take my pc back to school with me ? My mom won't like this idea but if I can't use it at home I should at least use it as school? Right? My roommate doesn't mind me playing games because she also plays and I do have enough space for it. I'm just nervous about her reaction when she notices that it's gone and when it's time to move out it's going to take a good amount of space in the car taking back a pc and a monitor. Or should I just take my monitor ..? I don't know ..

I would estimate it at 15-16% body fat. The right picture is after a few weeks of calorie restriction (in other words, eating less than satiety level). That's probably ~12-13%. I planned to continue the cut until 10% but my hunger is getting annoying. Is it possible to maintain sub-15% body fat levels without hunger? I think my fat-to-protein ratio was below 1/1 in calories, meaning that I ate way too much protein. Probably 300g/day (at 80kg body weight). Could raising my fat intake result in lower body fat levels? I've read anecdotes like that. Any changes in food choice that could help? As said, in the left picture I was on the Lion diet for months.
