So I cleared the game a few days ago and I am now on the path to get platinum. King Hrolf Kraki was pretty gnarly and took me a couple dozen tries but it also made me realize something...
I played the whole thing with Lunda's armor preferring bare hand and kicks for the poison damage, making me able to cheese most of the hard stuff.. but it wouldn't cut it on the last berserker so I started playing around with armors and updating sets as I have a fuckton of materials and pretty much all the gear available in game and it struck me.. Berserker armor.. makes Permafrost, Maelstrom, Immolation..
Wait, what the fuck is Permafrost? Oh!! That's what those weapon gauges are for!! Go figure.. I thought it just made the weapon deal more damage automatically..
Well.. using those boost King went down like butter.. only Gna left now.
TL;DR: I beat the game pretty much without using the L1+^ damage boost once because I didn't know it was a thing.
LOL. Amazing game anyway.

I practice regularly and today I went with a friend and he did something that made me laugh but I was able to reel it in. Hey, community!
I'm an artist, and I'm addicted to the positive approval of my artwork. When I create and don’t receive the approval (the amount I want), I devalue what I’ve done. As a result, drawing stops being enjoyable and turns into an attempt to create something genius that everyone will like. I endlessly improve myself and my work, thinking that it will bring recognition and approval, but then I face the same issue of not getting enough likes and end up not drawing for months because I set myself unrealistic goals of creating masterpieces every time.
I thought, if I need approval and it’s preventing me from drawing, then I should just stop showing my art to test my feelings and the effect. After drawing a few sketches that I really love following 6 months of a brutal art block, my hands are just itching to show them to the world and post them on my art account. But I'm holding back with all my strength.
Question: who has the same problem, how do you fight it? How do you change irrational attitudes? Those who have followed a similar strategy, what is the effect?

I’ve been in my current HR role at an FMCG company, and it’s been…a lot. The environment here is far from ideal—there’s a colleague (let’s call him "X") who openly discriminates against women (" I don't want women in this workplace"), avoids his responsibilities, and pushes work onto others (like me). Leadership knows about him but won’t act because of his age and tenure. To top it off, this office doesn’t feel like a safe space—verbal fights among leadership ("You bloody shut your mouth") are common, and it’s just draining my energy day by day.
Two weeks ago, things came to a head. I called out "X" for embezzling company resources and cash. He baited me, and I fell for it (called him out on mail when I shouldn't have) , escalating the situation. The CEO forwarded the matter to my manager, who luckily supported me but also advised me to "watch my tone in emails going forward." Fair advice, but it made me realize leadership will never take real action against "X." After that, I just stopped going to the office for two weeks—it was partly my way of avoiding the toxic situation, but I know it was a mistake (I was toldtI could work from home)
Now, my manager has texted, asking me to come to the main office and promising an update by the end of the day. While I respect my manager, I’m worried about walking into the lion’s den—facing the CEO, "X," and this dysfunctional leadership team.
To make things more complicated, I’ve received an offer with a 30% hike. While the new offer initially seemed promising, I’ve noticed major red flags there too (late-night calls, vague job expectations, and below-industry-standard pay). After much thought, I’ve decided not to take it, but now I’m left wondering: Do I resign from my current role without anything else lined up?
This job is sucking the life out of me, but walking away feels risky. Am I being too rash, or is this the right time to leave and focus on finding something better?
