2024.11.25 09:52 JohnSandilau I have a question regarding the cabs/IRs in the QC. If I use the low and high cut on these cabs actually work on efficiently cutting the low and high frequencies or do I need to add a low and high pass after the cab/IR block to do so?
After thorough experimentation, I realized that even though I cut around 100hz on the low cut and around 7000hz on the high cut, I still get the unwanted bottom end flub in the lows and the unwanted artificial sizzle in the highs. Adding a low/high pass filter, remedies these problems, but it makes the tone extremely boxy, super narrow and it is an extra block that I wouldn't want in my chain. Can anyone help me out figure what would be the best version to use in this situation and how do those frequencies work on the cabs/IRs? Thanks a lot!

My bug has been running successfully for about a month and I've been experimenting with turning various fruits, teas and what not into soda. My bug is still very active and bubbly, I've even taken out some of the ginger mass so I can replace it with new. But the last few sodas I have made are not fermenting/fizzing.
What am I doing wrong?

For some reason I went down an ant rabbit hole on YouTube today. During it a question came to me while I seen queen ants in test tube just starting their colonies. What would happen if you kept them in those test tubes, never expanding their room, but giving them enough food to sustain themselves. Would they continue to grow their colony until the ants literally couldn't move because there's so many of them or would they keep the colony at a size where there's still room and they could still move?
