Now that we know, trusting the rumors, that the 9950x3D most likely won't have dual 3D v-cache CCDs, do your think the leap in performance from the 7950x3D will be as significant as for the 8 core ones (7800x3D vs 9800x3D) and be cost/benefit a no brainer worth the extra price for a "future proof" upgrade?The Factorio benchmark leak has me confused cause I heard that maybe the outrageous difference in score it's due to a poor core parked and setup 7950x3D being tested as reference. Sorry I can't remember for sure where I heard that. So what do you guys think?
I'm curious of your general thoughts, but for more context I'm also asking because I'm pondering between waiting or upgrading now from a i5 10600k. I game a lot with a rtx 3080, mainly in 21:9 1080p for single player titles, but also with a 165hz display for MP competitive games. Also do a lot of productivity related stuff (mainly music production, 3d with BlendeUE5, some Lightroom photo editing and video with Davinci Resolve

We are in a long distance relationship for the past 3 months and we still haven't met in real life. The past two weeks i have notices that she is being distant, she leaves me in delivered for 15+ hours, when i asked her about it she says that she disabled the notifications and she didn't know that I have sent any messages. Yesterday i sent her some messages but this morning i wake up to see that she has viewed my story but still didn't reply. What should I do? Should i just ignore her? Should i confront her about what she is doing?

Previous owner decided it was a good idea to have only colour led strips lighting the TV room. I would like to change that, but I can't for the life of me find find the LED driver anywhere! Please help because I'm about to cry!!
- This is ground floor, above is a bathroom, shower room, boiler, and 2 bedrooms.
- Behind the light switch is a bathroom (pic 6)
- There should be a receiver somewhere in this room because the remote control works.

For reference I'm British born of Indian origin, Sikh but cut hair When I was younger, I had long hair, patched jacket , loved classic rock then as a teen Metallica entered my life, I also love all genres of music but what stirs my soul is metal.
I'm in my 50's now, short hair , no tattoos no visible signs in my clothing, I work in IT for the UK Govt but recently went to Sepultura, and going to see Obituary in Dec and Blood Incantation next year , I never really get close to work colleagues but there is a 'i would never had thought ' look or statement.
The good thing is, I've uncovered some other 50 year old normal looking dads or are proper metal heads.
The other good thing is my niece and nephew have taken and interest, as when I talk music I talk with a passion. I left my phone connected to the audio in my wife's car and my 6 year old son read the display, it was Raining Blood, I was about to turn it off but let it play. He is now a Slayer fan!

2024.11.25 10:20 Niggel-Thorn Games that completely change when speedran
Looking for games that fundamentally change and kinda turn into a different game when you speedrun them. The major examples would be stuff like Horror games or RPGs. Something like Outlast which turns a slow paced survival horror game into Mirrors Edge. Or RPGs like Secret of Evermore that get significantly more deep and less “RPG like” when you speedrun it.
Find a lot of these types of games cool cause they feel like diamonds on the rough compared to a lot of the other top speedrunning games, which are mostly just platformers or action games, but unfortunately most games that aren’t those genres aren’t particularly interesting or fun to speedrun so it’s cool when they actually are and have that extra layer of depth
