 | Yesterday I was playing a match and my mate sent me an ascii image on steam, my game immediately froze. I'm extremely exhausted and burnt out. I get like fatigue migraines Around ovulation time/I ovulate within 7 days of my period end so my cycle I never feel goos. Gp put me on desegestrel about 3 weeks ago, to see how I go if it's hormone related. Plus upped my fluoxetine to 60mg. I still feel awful, but even more exhaustion as my ADHD nurse told me to stop my immediate release meds (tranquilyn) as I'm so so anxious and she said it sounds like my tablets were hindering me rather than working and I needed a holiday. 2 weeks in now with no adhd meds, and add in of the pill and upped fluoxetine. Im defo a little less anxious but I'm exhausted. I've signed myself off this week from work. But I just can't see how I can work anymore. I'm a carer to my youngest with cerebral palsy, plus 4 year old just started school too, working full time, juggling appointments, family life, my mental health, therapy for my youngest, I'm just so burnt out. I was signed off for about 2 months in July this year. I've only been back since August. Major guilt and feel I can't do anything right. Any advice?

 | I’ve been trading almost everyday from the 2nd week of October. I mix day trading and swing trading. Any comments on my portfolio? Yes, I’m looking to kill of Rivian once there is a reversal. I know many people warn you to stay away from leverage trading, but I’m using a mixture of leverage 2:1 and 5:1 with 1:1 on some occasions (mostly alt coins) This is all a learning, hands-on strategy for me as I’ve never traded in my life before. Hence why I started small. I normally look for entry points and resistance points, and increase my shares when price drops, then exit when it reaches a certain stage. Then repeat. need to do a 'ex-SWs go to a cabin retreat' where they sit around a fire outside and say stuff like 'Hey I'm sorry I was such a bword back in Y-Oming. I've done some thinking and yeah, making a big deal about dishes or how the silverware is arranged makes me the ahole' or 'You guys,I wish I had your back more through the years, I got sucked into the competitiveness BS and that was stupid' or ' I especially feel bad for how I treated you or wasn't kind when I could have been' or 'I wish I had spoke up more for myself, I just didn't want to make waves, and it didn't help anyone'. Get really 'rill' and cop to one's own BS. It's humbling, and freeing and will lighten the burden they still carry from the bad old days. It doesn't mean the OG3 have to be besties or go to therapy together. Sometimes just talking to each other like honest, civilized adults helps, it doesn't have to go on for hours.

I know Otonari No Tenshi Sama for the first time is from anime when it's come out in netflix, and i love it especially Mahiru lol. So i try read the Light Novel and the Manga
i realize, the anime adaptation is ... not good for me. Many thing is missing, inconsistent character design and many else.
i really hope the season 2 adaptation is good, cause the Roshidere adaptation is very good ngl, the Kaoru Hana teaser adaptation looks cool too, so i hope mahiru can be cool like that.

Just checking I did the right thing here.
Had a call from a UK mobile phone number - a lady explained she was calling from Amazon as my account had been hacked via my IP address and a duplicate account created. They were attempting to purchase an I-Phone and needed me to approve the closure of said account.
She called me Mr 'xxxxx' (actually my first name not my surname) and proceeded to send me an OTP code to my mobile which was received. It stated from 'Amazon' on the SMS text.
The whole thing felt uncomfortable and I stated twice i felt this may be a scam. She proceeded to tell me to read out the OTP pass code which I refused. I said i wanted to call Amazon myself and she said 'well when you've lost money from your account don't say we didn't try' and then hung up. Tried calling back with a 141 pre-code but it went straight to voicemail.
Checked my Amazon account (no new orders) and my Bank account (nothing pending).
This was a scam i avoided right?? Just having a secondary panic that I might lose some money from my account if I actually have had my account duplicated - but it all felt proper fishy and I never give out codes / passwords etc over the phone.
