Little back story at least 10 years ago I know I had a kidney stone so I have a history of them . Fast forward to this week Friday night I felt nauseous and maybe discomfort to pee, it’s never for me a burining when I pee, Saturday felt like extreme gas and indigestion/heartburn, pain in chest and under right rib took gas x Pepcid no help. I asked my boyfriend to get a uti test strip since I was keeping slot and had some pain in my bladder test positive for leuks( white blood cells) but no bacteria. I went to the urgent care and urine was so diluted by then it tested negative for everything but they still gave macrobid and pyridium. Next day felt a little better still very nauseous all this time , still urinating a lot still have pain under my right rib cage. Later that night driving in the car back from dinner big back pain like I worked out too hard in the right side that’s would radiate from mid back to lower back , today right back pain and under right rib pain not as terrible today random shooting pains to the groin almost even makes my hip hurt. Evelated blood pressure , no fever , still urgency to urinate. Uncomfortable after I pee but not burning still.

I’m sure I’m not alone here. But I’m a 33 Black man living in NYC but I don’t have close guy friends. I feel like in every other area in life I’m winning; career, health, wealth, and an amazingly loving and supportive partner. However, the one area I struggle the most is finding a strong group of black male friends. I mentioned black friends, because I find my other counterparts don’t get cultural references and I find myself code switching for bonding.
Some things I assume contributing to this is that I move often, and I find myself guarded a bit. I want a group of male friends from what you see from black movies and TV shows
Movies: The Best Man, The Wood, The Brothers
TV Show: Johnson
I just want like three other black men, or mixed, who are equally successful in their own terms, physically fit to shoot the shit and workout together in healthy competition, values personal growth/embody a growth mindset, and a sense of adventure for an annual guys trip that isn’t centered around just picking up women.
Any recommendations or advice you have for me?

so i’ve been watching svu for a while and i’m on the first episode of s10. the one thing that i’ve noticed about the show is the lack of foreshadowing. there aren’t any subtle hints about the characters or any future events.
let’s take cassidy for example. nowhere in the earlier episodes was it hinted (at least to me) that he was a victim of sa when he was a kid. we never really see him be troubled by the crime scenes except for an episode or two. so when they dropped the bomb that he was a victim, it felt very random. that’s why it didn’t make sense (to me) that they transferred him out (out of concern for his well being).
another example is monique. there was no build up for her deterioration. her going out of control and hooking up with (iirc) a previous suspect was very out of the blue.
also lake is another good example. i’ll admit that i didn’t readily accept him at first but he grew on me. his chemistry with fin was good so their partnership was impeccable. but then, the ending for s9, we learn that he’s obsessing over a case for 10 years and just chased after the bad guys. no hints that he was working on a case. no indication that he had a personal vendetta. he was this sweet cop new to group and then BAM he murdered a cop.
fin kind of had a similar thing. i didn’t notice him being a bad father until he was shot and his son refused to see him. then it was revealed that he was a bad. which, again, was random.
idk, maybe there were hints and i just wasn’t paying any attention but a lot of things in the show feels random. especially when it comes to writing off and adding in new characters.

Hey everyone,
I’m looking to test the Pimax Crystal somewhere in or around Frankfurt before deciding whether to buy it. I currently play DCS (Digital Combat Simulator) and use the Quest 3, but I’m really unhappy with the aliasing, jagged lines, and mid-distance visuals.
Before I make the leap, I want to see if the Pimax Crystal can really overcome these issues. Does anyone know if there’s a store, event, or even a community meetup in Frankfurt where I could try one out?
