I own a MacBook Air and planned to use this Laptop as a main desktop because I do all my studies already on that boi and have a hard time getting data from apple to mircosoft, so I kept sticking to him and will to in the future. Hello! I am in the process of getting things together to get my schedule date for double jaw surgery. I'm SO nervous about it that I cry if I think about it too much. Especially the risk of permanent numbness. I don't feel like I've ever had any functional issues. No discomfort, pain, or trouble eating. I was surprised that they recommended jaw surgery. Now with how my ortho changed my bite, I really dislike my smile, have occasional clicking, & a lisp. I don't know that I've made the right decisions in any of this. I don't recall if they would have gave me malocclusion if I didn't say I was open to possibly do surgery at my braces consultation. But at this point jaw surgery is more so cosmetic to me. The people at my ortho office keep telling me how good I'll look. I feel so unsure. I go back & forth in my head with this. Has anyone had double jaw surgury done at the Kaiser in Santa Clara, Ca & loved your results & didn't experience permanent numbness? May I also please know who your surgeon was? Sorry this is so long.

How do I tell if my recruiting Sell worked? For instance, I just did a Soft Sell and under pitch results I have 3 green triangles (evidently out of 4 triangles for "maximum influence") in my "Student of the Game" pitch. Does that mean that 2 of the 3 motivations I selected aligned with my recruits interest?
Does the order of the motivations listed for a pitch matter, or do each of the recruit's interests count equally? For instance, in my aforementioned "Student of the Game" pitch, the order was Academic Prestige (question mark) followed by Coach Prestige (green check) followed by Proximity to Home (question mark). Does that mean my recruit values Academic prestige above the other two motivations?
