I feel like I make a post daily here hahaha So yeah, I feel like an idiot for feeling we turn things around with nap schedule but I feel like we took a big step backwards.
Yesterday my LO (10 weeks)had trouble taking her naps, skipped the last one before bedtime and myngod it was awful
She cried for 3 hours and nothing settled her, we rocked, kissed, cuddled her, we gave her 2 baths that we thought helped cuz she was content but then cried again.
It was until my husband suggested to take an hour ride in the car that she finally slept, after that she has been waking up every 2 hours like always so I think we are good.
I feel so tired and discouraged because I thought we solved something big and yesterday everything went to shit... I just wanted to rant, thank you

Hi my name is Tomas i live in Sweden and this is one of my ufo encounters.
First, sorry for Spelling.
I want to share my encounter when i was younger, today i am 37 and my encounter happened around 2009-2010 (22-23years old) (Sweden Örebro City-Edge)
some background to my experience, ive always been open to the strangeness to Life (spiritul encounters to ufos), and i have hade more spirutal encounters then to ufo encounters, this ufo experience as (close contact?) is the only one, ive seen light go over head low flying with no sound and so on but nothing like this one.
Now to trying to explain the whole encounter from start to where (SHE/it) entered from the balcony door to leaving.
I wake up in the middle of the night for some strange reason, i sit up in my bed (as picture describe, always have a closed balcony when sleeping) i look up through the bed windows and see a bright lite come down, enters my balcony door (wich is now open) and i see this light (diamond) slowly flying infront of my eyes to the table (i follow it into the middle of the room) when it stops i see clearly that it is a diamond.
I look back towards the balcony door and there a (girl? - her hight must be something like 85-95CM) sitting on my bed edge at the window/balc door looking at me smiling.
She is not saying anything and im not stressed or anything , only thing i can get out of my mouth is (you are very cute, i could not get out any other words) she smiles towards me and i look back towards the diamond and it slowly starts to fly away the same way it entered my room and she is gone from the bed edge.
I go to sleep again and when i wake up the balcony door is open/ not widly, just few cm.
after this i have no more experices like this and i have tryed to search and see if i could find any related (entitys/NHI that match the description of humanoid/almost dwarf size but never found any)
im pretty sure this is not a dream since i have hade sleep paralasys when i was younger multible times and nothing is near the feel of reality to the encounter.
i hope you find my encounter interesting and i will try to answer if any question arises.
I hope this follows the guildlines since i dont know where elase to share my story.

Socha tha India ka T20 world cup final (India Vs South Africa) wala moment re-create karunga but ICC World final (India Vs Australia) wala moment hogya.
So my VARC went decent, I attempted only those questions whome I was damn sure about. Then came DILR, it was my strongest section, but still I never became overconfident in that. I kept on practicing more and more sets, did new sets and what not.
Bare minimum I was used to, solving 1 set, but yesterday, I don't know what happened for those 40 minutes. I got blank, there wasn't any pressure but... I was not able to solve even a single set. I was literally craving, searching, (basically tadap raha tha mai) for that 1 set, atleast.
Then came quants, which used to be a nightmare for me, but that section was the cutest, I was able to solve 12-13, of which I am sure about 9-10.
All in all, that is where your "luck factor" comes into play. Dekhte hai ab, baaki bhi exams bache hai, top 20 (idk about tier and all) mei padhne ka sapna, sapna toh nahi rahega!! ✨

Going in to the final stages of an interview process, one final chat / get to know colleagues . The recruiteheadhunter asks me what are the other companies i'm interviewing with paying....
I haven't replied as it feels like a negociation before even having the offer. Shouldn't they know what similar companies in their industry are paying?
They want to design an offer. Its as if they have no clue how to pay for the role they are recruiting for. Sales leader in a smaller scale up We agreed on a base salary range. I asked to know about benefits ect but they haven't communicated anything so far. But continually asking the question feels like an attempt to short change me.

lol thankfully i did a lot of research and searched this sub before making a post that's been asked 1,000 times here. anyway, my great-grandparents were born on the island of ireland, emigrated in the early 1900s to new york. my dad did not obtain Irish citizenship. i have spent a lot of time in ireland and really wanted to further my connection to the country, but alas. sad!
i guess i should make my dad finally apply for citizenship just for fun though

2024.11.25 10:55 MuckYu Suddenly really laggy (even just the main steam menu)
 | The last 2 days everything was working fine (playing plateup, deadlock and even dota2) But today I was trying to use my steamlink again and it's just super laggy. I can't even navigate the steam menu it lags so much. I uploaded the graphs above. One seems to have very large spikes while the other one seems better? (Both taken within 1 minute of eachother. Sometimes it even just shows a red horizontal line at the top. I think I tried most settings already and also tried loaer resolution but it does not seem to help. Apologies for the how messy it looks. I tore my nail around 5 days ago and I’m doing so, it ripped some flesh up from the corner of my nail and bled a little bit. Cleaned it up and slapped a plaster (band aid) on it. Over the course of the 5 days, this has grown along side my nail and is genuinely one of the most painful things I’ve ever had. It’s made the skin around my finger ultra sensitive, it oozes clear liquid and puss, and any knock no matter how slight, it bleeds and bleeds.
Does anyone have a remedy for this? Or have they seen this before? Just trying to not freak out lol, it’s practically rendered my left hand useless as I’m afraid of knocking it.

I have been on inflimixab since august, and it worked until october when i got another flare. They set me up for an oppointment for another inflimixab iv, and i didnt have any more bleeding after that. But my stool still feels a little weird if that makes sence, its inconsistant, and varies between small amounts to big amonts with different textures… anyone have the same experience?
