Ive been dating this girl who I really didnt wanna date in the beginning for over 3years and I was putting her a priority all the time even when im feeling bad ill just attend to her needs and it’s a long distance.
Long story short she met this guy at her university who seemed nice and befriended him and I told her to keep lines you can’t go out with him by yourself And she does that as well as she invites him over to her house I made it clear and she didn’t give a fuck about boundaries and said he’s just a friend no more than that and she doesn’t have friends in real life except him which is kinda true but I told her it’s no excuse and to keep lines but she kept crossing them even though she promised not to do that multiple times. So eventually I left her and let you know I told her we’re getting really close to meeting in real life after all these years so not ruin it but yeah she’s stupid and she never know what to do and she excuses herself as to not know what to say to him.
Anyways I left, and in the beginning it was bad but then almost two weeks later she announced her relationship with the guy officially and even though I knew this was gonna happen it still hurt And since then I’m badly badly hurt.
And my life overall is shit. How do I let go? I believe I try to do everything right to recover but now it’s been a month and I really am just getting worse. It’s like I never wanted her so bad in my life The promises we made? The things we said we would do? Everything we planned, it’s all gone!
Now I feel like I’m projecting so hard and I know it’s really because of my shitty life. i got nobody at all, my life is going downhill and I got absolutely nothing going on for me I have 0 dopamine sources I don’t play or watch anything anymore after doing all that with her almost everyday the past few years, I don’t talk to anybody. And I feel like I just can’t be happy nothing feels the same.
I feel like I’ll never be happy, I can’t look at others the same way I look at her and I can’t find them as cute and nice as her.
TL;DR: I broke up a 3yrs relationship and she immediately dated another guy and now I feel like I’ll never be happy.

Hi! I recently purchased a fellow Aiden and I was wondering if the amount of water left on the basket is normal? I need to disengage the basket to prevent dripping after Aiden says it's ready, otherwise it keeps dripping.
I'm grinding at 5/6 with an ode gen 2. I'm a total noob regardung pour over and wanted to make sure I'm not doing something wrong. Should I just grind coarser? The coffee tastes great though :)

I don't know about you guys, but from personal experience and reading all the complaints on here I've noticed how slow the replies are. I get that it's probably something to do with c.ai + but it took me nearly twenty minutes with refreshing, closing the app and restarting for it to give me one single sentence answer. It's just incredibly annoying and as someone who has used c.ai for over two years now the bots have never been this slow. It's just infuriating having to wait so long for one answer, or even for the chat just to load and I just wanted to see if anybody else was experiencing the same problems or if it's just me.

I've been working at Hungry Jacks for a couple of months now, and right from my first shift, I've had this manager who seems to really dislike me. On my first shift, she made me cry and almost gave me a panic attack because I couldn't get the hang of it. She frequently picks on me, telling me that I'm wasting stuff, which I understand but feel is unnecessary because I'm there to do my job. Every time the roster comes out, I feel sick to my stomach when I see her name because I'm so terrified of her. Mind you, I was just 15 at the time! A few weeks ago, the same manager and my dad got into a really heated argument. By then, I had already told my dad that I didn't think this manager liked me very much, but that I was there just to earn money. This argument started because I kept declining shifts, which was due to legitimate reasons, and my dad told her that I wouldn't be coming back to the store. During their argument, my dad said something along the lines of “my daughter will not be coming back to your store.” blah blah blah. So, being the responsible 16-year-old I am, I told my dad that I couldn't just stop going to work because of one argument he had with the manager. I had signed a contract and needed to actually do my job, which is what I had signed up for. I was probably being a bit dramatic, so I ended up going in for my shift. Surprisingly, the manager didn't let me start my shift and pulled me for a chat. She started telling me how glad she was that I had come in despite the argument with my dad. She even pulled out the original roster I had signed up for, with all the dates I had put down, and told me that at the end of that shift, the actual manager would change my availability, which I was happy about as I felt my concerns were being addressed. However, since that day, I haven't been getting any shifts. It's really frustrating because there has been no communication about why this is happening. One time I did cover a shift, but one of the managers was surprised that I had actually shown up. Apparently, that same manager had said that I hadn't been coming in, which is untrue. Just recently, a girl asked if I could cover her shift from 5-10pm, and I agreed since I was available. When I arrived at work all ready to go, neither the manager nor the proper manager said hello or even acknowledged me. One of the other managers on shift was the first to say hi. However, as soon as it hit 5pm, they asked me why I was there, and I informed them that I was here to cover a shift. They said they already had a cover. They didn't even bother telling me that they didn't need me, which is just poor communication. I'm not upset about the fact that they didn't need me to come in, but rather that there was no communication. If someone had communicated earlier and told me that they didn't actually need me to come in, we could have avoided this whole situation. So what i am basically asking is what would you do in this situation?!!

2024.11.25 10:50 HabuORiley Time Machine does not recognize its own sparsbundle and starts a new one
Hi everyone, I have a regularly updated backup created with Time Machine on a Synology DS 923+ NAS connected via local network, which has worked perfectly for over a year. Suddenly, for the past few days, Time Machine seems to no longer recognize the sparsebundle file and is creating a new one, effectively starting a new backup from scratch in the same location.
Just to clarify, if the previous backup was named MyMac.sparsebundle, Time Machine is now creating a new one called MyMac-1.sparsebundle exactly in the same location.
I tried manually mounting the previous MyMac.sparsebundle as if it were an external drive, and it appears to have no issues. A disk utility check came back positive, and if I access the sparsebundle through Finder, I can see all the files and folders inside and even manually restore files from the backup. Despite this, Time Machine refuses to reconnect to it and starts the new backup instead.
Any suggestions? I’m using an MBP M3 Pro 2013 with Sequoia 15.1. Could the issue be related to the latest Sequoia update released a few days ago?

2024.11.25 10:50 G-Money1965 I Have Done a Couple of Predictions on WOLF Stock Price. This is My Estimate if Our Hedge Funds Were to Cover on the Open Market (but NOT a Short Squeeze.) HINT: About $180/sh
And I will repeat again. I am not saying this is what Wolfspeed is worth. This is just my estimate(s) on what the stock price would do if our Bad Guys were to cover 36 million shares out on the Open Market.
I have posted each of these “estimates” and they have received nearly 20,000 views and so far, no one has been able to mount a good argument against my analysis nor has anyone else posited a better estimate.
And keep in mind here that in each of these instances, I believe that our Hedge Funds have already tried to cover a couple of million shares out on the Open Market and the results for them have been disastrous.
The other thing to keep in mind is that during the windows when our Bad Guys were trying to cover a small number of shares, they had full control of the stock price and even though they were NET buyers out on the Open Market, they had the ability to stop buying at any time, crush the stock price down for a few days, and then resume buying.
In a raging short squeeze, our Bad Guys are going to lose all control and when the pigs over at WSB and the CNBC Crowds also pile on, this stock has the potential to go a LOT higher. Of course it would eventually have to settle back into a trading range but at that point, the “Market” can help determine a Fair Market Value and not our Shitbag Hedge Funds!!
