Una consultora de ARG, me contrato para un proyecto nefasto, básicamente tenía que ver como lo cagaban al cliente todos los días mintiendole, su único objetivo es chuparle toda la plata posible para terminar no entrengandole ningún producto, el peor codigo que vi en mi vida.
Me tuvieron negreando meses, sin dejar que le cuente al cliente el estado del app, ni tratar de mejorar nada, siguiendo poniendo mierda sobre mierda, para que un día me desentiendan sin ningún motvio valido.
Tengo claramente, los datos del cliente, los quiero madnar al frente para que lo pierdan, que lo único que les importa es la guita claramente. Que opinan de esto? (trate de no pasar ningún dato ahora una vez resuelto el tema los quemo no hay drama)

Quero ganhar músculos comendo alimentos acessiveis e tendo noção do que preciso comer e da quantidade certa, sem me formar em nutrição

Hallo zusammen,
So langsam verliere ich wirklich die Kraft. Ich mache schon seit Jahren Verhaltenstherapie. Jetzt wo das ADHS festgestellt wurde und ich auch Medis bekomme, sah ich endlich mal einen Lichtblick im Tunnel.
Ich will mich endlich mal konzentrieren können, Ruhe im Kopf haben und mehr Tatendrang verspüren. Ist das zu viel Verlangt?
Ich verliere so langsam wirklich die Geduld, ich werde in einer Woche 23 und will endlich mal halbwegs normal funktionieren und mein Leben so leben wie ich es mir vorstelle.
meine ADHS-Medikamenten Erfahrung sah bisher wie folgt aus:
Medikinet retardiert
ich bekam 10 mg verschrieben und habe dann jede Woche um 10 mg erhöht. Ab 30 mg merkte ich nur dass mein Puls höher wurde und ich etwas glücklicher wurde. Als ich bei 40 mg ankam ging ich wieder zu meinem Psychiater um Nachschub zu holen, er sagte wenn ich noch nix merke soll ich direkt auf 60 mg gehen und hat mir 30 mg verschrieben. Bei 60 mg war der Puls einfach noch höher und ich fühlte mich zu den Peaks sehr glücklich/geborgen, die ADHS Symptome blieben leider nach wie vor unverändert (oder eher sogar schlimmer würde ich sagen / Hyperfokus auf jeden fall extremer). Abends fühlte ich mich dann auch sehr genervt/gereizt und hatte starke Einschlafprobleme die selbst mit Melatonin nicht besser wurden. Daher nahm ich das Medikinet nicht jeden Tag weil mich das viel Kraft gekostet hat und an manchen Tagen nahm ich auch nur 30 mg, was aber auch nix gebracht hat. Teilweise nahm ich es dann einfach nur um für eine gewisse Zeit weniger depressiv zu sein, das war ja aber nicht der Sinn des Medikaments.
Elvanse
Nun bekam ich letzte Woche 20 mg Elvanse. Ich habe zwei Tage 10 mg genommen (in Wasser aufgelöst) hier habe ich überhaupt nix gemerkt. Nun nehme ich seit paar Tagen 20 mg, hier merke ich ähnlich wie bei Medikinet dass mein Puls höher ist, ich mich glücklichegeborgener fühle aber sonst nix (auch hier würde ich sagen sind die ADHS Probleme etwas schlimmer geworden da ich unruhiger bin). Gestern nahm ich das Elvanse erst Nachmittags (da ich wie meistens am Wochenende lange im Bett lag) wodurch ich dann auch starke Einschlafprobleme hatte. In paar Tagen will ich dann auf 30 mg erhöhen. Habe aber Angst dass es ähnlich wie mit Medikinet verläuft. Was ja bisher mehr oder weniger der Fall ist.
Ich habe keine Lust mehr noch weitere Medikamente und Medikamentenkombinationen rum zu testen, das ist auch jedes mal sehr Kräfte zerrend wegen den Nebenwirkungen und sehr deprimierend wenn es dann doch nix bringt.
