Sadly just finishing our trip to St. Martin. Here’s our review of Orient Beach Hotel, the restaurants and the beach.
This was our 4th trip to SXM and first time staying on the French side. We stayed at OBH for 6 nights. It was an amazing hotel. The staff were great and its close proximity to any restaurants or shops you could want. Breakfast at KKO is a 30 second walk in the morning.
For food we travelled around to restaurants in the village and were never disappointed. There is lots of variety and simply put the meals were amazing.
We spent most days at beach chairs of various restaurants like bikini, KKO and La Playa. OBH had chair privileges at all except La Playa.
Wai Gym is good to visit if you want to exercise while you’re there. We did a HIIT class each morning at 745 and it was a great way to start the day. If you’re not an avid fitness person they will adjust the exercises for you. There were people of all ages and body types working out.
We ventured to the south side a couple of days and really enjoyed it. It was a bit intimidating as it was our first time but the nervousness quickly left as we settled into our chairs. Everyone is relaxing and enjoying being nude in the sun or the ocean. No one is concerned with what you look like naked. We would definitely go back on a return trip.
We spent our last day and night on the Dutch side at Royal Islander and while it’s nice, we definitely enjoyed the experience on the French side more. I would sum it up as if you want to relax then I would recommend Orient, if you want to party then head to Maho.
Overall we loved the experience and the island. Can’t wait to come back.

I recently got the SBI SimplySAVE credit card, but I’m not sure if I should activate it. I already have the ICICI Amazon Pay card for online shopping and the HDFC Swiggy card for food delivery and dining. I don’t have any SBI credit cards, so when the executive called, I thought it might be good to have one and said yes. But now, I’m rethinking whether I really need it.This one has an annual fee of ₹499, and while it seems decent with some rewards, I’m not sure if it’s worth keeping.

Would this be a part of GTA6 as its just outside Miami and Rockstar Games’ message reads “and beyond” would that mean we get to explore these beautiful little islands, coral reefs, and way more that Biscayne has to offer such as the wildlife. Its litterally going to blow our minds with so many different kind of animals live there such as Sharks, Crocs, Manatees, neo-Tropical water birds, Seaturtles, Butterflies, Jellyfish, Stingrays, Seahorses and over 600 native fish. 2024.11.25 11:50 shenmiya Anyone else have an ossiculoplasty and get an ear infection?
This might be a bit of a long shot but about 6 months ago I had gotten an ossiculoplasty surgery in my left ear to restore conductive hearing to it.
The surgery had worked successfully and my hearing has had a noticeable improvement, however recently I got an ear infection due to a cold I got and I can’t help but notice that I’ve had reduced hearing loss in my left ear?
My GP has told me that after taking the antibiotics it looks all good now but 2 weeks from the infection, I feel like my hearing has only barely improved? Is it meant to take a while for the hearing to restore after an ear infection?
I’m additionally more worried if the ear infection possibly led to complications with the ossiculoplasty that had occurred earlier in the ear.
Has anyone experienced the same thing in the past that got the surgery? Sorry if that didn’t make sense!! Honestly stressing badly and will appreciate any help 🥲
