okay well let me start this by saying Ive turned 17 about 20 days ago and I'm clearly overweight I have tried many diets and stuff and I'm not gonna be a dumbass and blame it on the diet it's clearly my fault I didint have good consistency and lacked discipline and fell into temptations so I started researching sarms, anabolic steroids and stuff then I came across the beautiful wegovy semaglutide injection and wow how much it has done for me and I'm still on my first pen 💀
I'm 17 168c-175cm ish 108kg kid well now I'm 103-102kg and Ive been going gym for about 8 months and sometimes I would really slack off and not go for months or weeks and it wasn't good but I had decent genetics good insertions and rapid muscle growth and strength gain. I was originally around 90-95 for a very long time then I slacked for a month or two and jumped up to 107-108kg and it wasn't good I tried starving my self it worked intially but the most stupid thing lost all strength and muscle but gained it back with maintenance diet and training it took me about 2-3 weeks then I went in for my blood test results I take bloods every now and then since it's free ( Australian Medicare) I only do it to check up on everything to make sure I'm healthy I mean it's free why not use it to my advantage I only do it every 3-6months and I was speaking to my doctor who semaglutide and he was warning me about the issues it can cause and side effects and he initially didint recommend it but after I explained my struggles he said it's up to me if I really wanna do it and I said yes and I do not regret it at all wow how amazing this drug is so I got my prescription then got my injection a few days later from the chemist and damn 250$ AUD is a lot for a monthly medication I wish Medicare covered it but it's like the only drug that's not supported by Medicare discounts and the first few days of my injection were absolute hell I got insomnia, nausea, dizzinessz, headaches, heat waves and worse I literally was ready to drop this drug after day 3-5 ish but I held through I would vomit so much on my first few days because my brain was used to eating what it usually does but the semaglutide triggered the glp¹ hoarmoans and caused a slower digestive system so I ate my regular food then half way my stomach is killing and then I go vomit I eat again and vomit and repeat this like 5 times before I realised to stop eating so my stomach can calm down and also to anyone who experiences these symptoms just avoid food for several hours and try drinking hot tea it helps sooth the stomach and relief it of sensitivity
but yeah my experience has been good so far it was only the Begginng of the drug that was hard and it's really potent for me my next injection is in 2 days (Wednesday) and is my upped dosage of 0.5mg from 0.25 so I'm a bit excited to see how much stronger this will be since it's double and I know it won't be much of a difference since the body adapts to it and builds a tolerance but towards the end of my 0.25 I noticed it wasn't doing much at all and I would get frequently hungry more and more when before I could go 4 days without eating before realising oh shit I need to eat otherwise my body will burn my muscles instead of fat but now I have gone back to gym and I've been on a carnivore diet Ive basically been eating eggs and steak all day and sometimes, mangos, banana and so on but no processed carbs at all since they convert to glycogen
I'm just so confused how people loose 8 pounds (3.4ish kg ) after like 5 months, like what the fuck that's crazy honestly that's not worth it if your gonna loose 8 pounds I remember walking into my doctor's office and telling him I lost 6kg and bro lost his shit and before anyone comes at me saying it's muslcs it's definitely is but not a majority maybe a few 100 grams because my arms and legs and chest have been more lean and defined more then ever and my progression hasn't stopped one bit
I can't wait to see my results after 5 months or so I'll probably come back here and do a edit about it and if you guys want edits just upvote it I'll do weekly or monthly reports on everything my diet symptoms weight loss and more!

This might be a me thing.. I'm not sure. Or maybe people being rude? Or I'm being rude?
I've been in countless situations, at work and with my ex partner, where I ask them something basic like: "Can you go get that?", and so many times people just reply "please?" emphasizing the fact that I did not say please. I'm not sure if this is relevant to autism or if I wasn't taught to say please as child (I doubt this? I was raise very politely). Or maybe I'm just rude?
It's been bothering me lately and I'm trying to make a conscious effort to say it but most of the time I say it afterwards.. which just shows I had to think about saying it lol
