 | The drive is mostly curvy mountain roads and small villages, the ups and downs are pretty balanced exept for the last 7km where it's mostly uphill, before I hit the part that's mostly uphill I was averaging 4.5L/100km (52mpg). was always reassuring, loving and gave my all. It never even crossed my mind to leave. They are insecure, hurt from the past and scared. I did everything to make them see how much I loved them. It all ended very controlling. Even after they ended it coming up with scenarios that I would lap up attention from a friend of theirs they seem to think likes me (this is all in their head I don’t even like the other person). Obsessed with my past, even no crossover. Yet they have a past. Not even bad or colourful on either of our parts. Found them stalking my ex online multiple times, they’ve been through my entire phone. Told me do I listen to songs because they reminded me of my ex. Wouldn’t go places because thought I would be thinking of my ex there. Told me they felt second best and that I had unhealthy ways because I did nice things for my ex too. Tried to twist it round on me patterns in my past that I fall in love easily and history will now repeat itself. Making me feel guilty that I will now move on and forget about them. Telling me I’m so over sensitive and have no self esteem anymore yet wouldn’t take any blame for the fact my self esteem is so low because I was loving them so hard yet still being made to feel guilty for having a past. I was sensitive because I was hurting. All I was doing was pining out for some love and attention but they were too busy obsessing over the past and accusing me of things that’s never were the case. I tried to help I researched and found all about rocd retroactive jealousy. But they won’t look into it, instead destroyed me and left me. Because I make them sick. Words of them not me. Not that they are extremely anxious because of a medication change and anxious because they are letting their head win. I lost everything, I have no job, no financial support, lost the bond with their kids. I have no friends. I could never win they tell me I made her my life and that is wrong but if I went and worked away and didn’t make them number one always I’d then be penalised for not making them feel important.
I’m hurting, I’ve lost everything and I feel like I’m a bad person. I loved and still very much love them so much. My life is falling apart. I can’t eat for weeks I’m so anxious. We’ve gone no contact, till they contact me again control. I haven’t had a day or my feelings listened too at all in any of this. Even a death in my family they weren’t supportive at all.
Is this ROCD/rj behaviour? They know they are jealous but almost like that’s them and they shouldn’t have to change. Also was it narcissistic/emotional abuse?

Recently i got a new exhaust that's a larger diametter than the stock one, so i started to file the exhaust port to flow more smoothly into it and to eliminate the "step" that would otherwise be there. Does that male sense? *It takes an eternity to do with a hand file, hence why it's only halfway done rn (don't have better tools to use)
