Chipotle employee here. I get the theory of lock in, but it just seems highly inefficient. Like, if I’m on line and our grill guy needs help, and we’re not particularly busy, I should be able to help him out so that way he’s not swamped with shit when we do get busy.
But no, I gotta stand my dumbass on line so the eye of Sauron doesn’t get pissy and writes our manager up for not having FOUR fucking people on line at all times during lock in.
Meanwhile dml and grill are swamped with shit and have one person on there, and line has like one little ole goober ordering but four people catering to him. Makes no sense man.

 | Hi ! I am in the need of a bit of troubleshooting if you guys have already been in this situation: I installed a MMI Box (idrive NBT entrynav 4). It works great, picture, wireless Android Auto. I use the BMW Bluetooth for everything (Phone+Media) from my phone, the Box is simply doing image stuff at the end. The Box is in car's BT mode. Phone calls works great. BMW Voice assistant properly trigger and register my phone Google Assistant when in "idrive" mode. But when I am in Android Auto, voice commands don't work at all. Nothing is picked, like the Microphone isn't registered at all. It just stays flat. Pretty annoying to deal with address, music picking... As I am in BT mode, it should pick, via my phone, the Mic of the car right ? Or at the very least the Mic of my phone ? Am I missing something? Doesn’t it look more and more likely that their play here all along is to squeeze out as much capital as possible from CTXR to get mini-lok to the market and then simply spin off mino-lok under a new ticker (or even CTOR)..?
The last few weeks have defied all logic, especially if Citius knew or had a feeling that this schedule C would be positive.. if we were at $.55 pre offering and RS announcement, I feel like this news alone could’ve given the ticker a shot at 10 days over $1.00.
Mazur and co have too much skin in the game and are too experienced to be simply walking around like blind mice. They must have a plan… or is that wishful thinking?

2024.11.25 14:39 NoReplacement3326 Positive surgery recovery experience!
I know a lot of the stories and posts here can be scary and overwhelming, so I wanted to add my son's experience with his tonsillectomy. He had surgery on November 8th, so he is just over two weeks post op now. He is 10 and had surgery for sleep apnea.
His surgery itself went well, took about an hour, no issues. Waking up from anesthesia was a challenge and he ripped his IV out and was very disoriented. It was a little hard to watch but I knew this was normal and he was feeling much better after a couple hours. He stayed in recovery 4 hours before going home. He did get sick on the way home and throw up, likely due to anesthesia, so be prepared for this.
Day 0- He slept most of the first day. Drank water and had a cup of noodles but did not really eat much of it. Mostly drank the broth.
Day 1- he woke up with a slight fever 99.4. He was very upset because his throat was sore and did not want to talk or drink water. I gave him one dose of the narcotic and he was then drinking water, eating soup, jello and applesauce. He fell asleep around 5 pm and mostly watched TV all day. He took a dose of Tylenol after the narcotic wore off and rated his pain 4/10.
Day 2- he did not want Tylenol when he woke up this day. He ended up taking a dose midday, but this was his final dose of pain medicine. No fever today, rated pain 3 to 3.5. Drank water, Gatorade, ate macaroni and cheese and had soup with dumplings. Played video games and watched tv, a little tired but went to bed normal time.
Day 3-7- still rated pain 3/10 on these days. Playing video games, tv, drawing, not talking much but writes me notes. On day 7, he had a scab come off and blood in his mouth for a few minutes. It stopped with ice water within a minute. By the 5th day, he was trying to run around the house and I was seeing he looked ready to go back to school.
Day 8-14- venturing into eating more solid foods. He was eating fruit, rotisserie chicken pieces in small bites, pasta, jello, soups, rice. He ate a lot of fried rice. Day 12 he had his post op and was cleared to return to normal activity. He ate chicken tenders and French fries with no issues. He's now totally back to his usual habits. He DID lose 7 pounds. He was in the 80th percentile for weight though, so it was not concerning.
The worst part was honestly giving him antibiotics. He gagged on them every single time and we would have to do it 1ml at a time. His recovery has been great and smooth considering things I've read online! I hope this helps anyone else and wish you all speedy recoveries!

I'm having this issue on the app, and I'm not sure if there is a way to fix it. I'll be playing and suddenly the sound will mute and the notes in shows won't load. It usually isn't too much of a problem because it gets fixed when I exit and renter the app. But it causes issues in co op because the show is automatically complete and bring me to the waiting for players screen you see at the end of the show. Of course that gives me the message that they have detected inappropriate behavior towards other players and that my account is at risk of being banned.
Does anyone else have this issue? Is there anything I can do to fix it? My internet connection appears to be perfectly fine.

Sorry for the long post. I'm sad and also venting a little bit. I also needed to provide some backstory.
I have a cute feral that we've been caring for for the last two years. However, we cannot touch him or hold him. Nor will he eat food unless we close the back door and he feels safe.
He has a heated house outside where he spends the night. It took him over a year to get used to the heated house.
We tried to TNR him, and we talked to a couple of vets about it. The consensus was, "He's too old to be tamed. If you cannot even pet him, how do you expect to care for him or expect us to touch him? For this one, you need to let him be". So, we let him be and tried our best. Even though we're experienced with strays, we seek guidance from local committees and neighbors for this feral.
There is another larger and more aggressive feral cat in the neighborhood, and he's been beating up my cat since forever. So much so that he has a constant scar larger than a quarter. When we think he's healed, he comes back with another wound at the exact location (front left knee). That's how we started to take care of him.
My feral's nature is very docile. He's scared of anything and everything and is not aggressive unless you approach him. The most he does is hiss a little. He's avoidant as much as a feral cat can be. He'd have made a very peaceful cat if he weren't born and raised a feral.
The other cat's been away for a while. We thought he might have passed away, and frankly, we were at peace for a while. For the last week, he reappeared. I believe he's looking for more food with winter coming. We don't leave food outside, but recently, when we took the food in, mice started to enter the house to eat cat food. We also try not to leave it out because of the raccoons, skunks, opossums, and, most importantly, the other cat.
Our cat is too scared to eat his food in one sitting. He takes a couple of bites, runs away on hearing a leaf cracking, comes back 10 minutes later, takes another bite, and so on. It takes him 1-2 hours to finish his whole meal. And the other cat is surveilling the food and his absence. I'm chasing him away from the food.
Yesterday night, they had a big fight and my cat's been too traumatized to come back.
I guess my question is, how do I help my feral?
