2024.11.25 14:44 National-Brain Can you recommend anyone for Ayurvedic treatment for severe anxiety and panic attacks?

I am having daily, debilitating anxiety and panic attacks everyday. I’ve tried antidepressants, breathing exercises and meditation, chamomile tea, valerian root, magnesium and 5-http and none of it works.
Is there an Ayurvedic remedy you think might help? I am suffering and can’t live like this anymore.

I recently started using firebase services and integrated firestore and authentication on my flutter web app. One feature it has is that i set up a listener for changes in .currentUser using .authStateChanges().listen() and if FirebaseAuth.instance.currentUser == null, then it would push the user to the login page to re-authenticate. This has never been triggered since the token refresh is seamless.
However, upon integrating App Check with reCAPTCHA as attestation provider, it seems that the auth token is being invalidated every time i open the web app as i am being pushed to the log in page to re-authenticate. This also happens when i try to open a new tab and go to my web app. The first instance of my web app detects that the .currentUser is suddenly null after my web app on the new tab successfully loads. Now both instances of my web app are in the log in page.
Has anyone had this same experience? Do i need to configure something in App Check, reCAPTCHA, or on my code? Hope this also helps anyone experiencing this issue.

2024.11.25 14:44 Tr0gl0dyt3_ I hate that I've suddenly become seemingly incompetent

Im a med student, and recently my health went wacko; think a cough and sniffle that never ends despite having no active sickness/infection or test indications that I am sick/having a reaction... meds haven't touched it either but hopefully the steroids they just sent in will get rid of this 2 month cough once and for all. I feel like a wiener because despite it only being a COUGH it sucks the fucking energy from me and on top of it all I've been in pain from it.
Anyways, I have been missing deadlines and things I normally wouldnt, and I hate myself for it; Im incredibly lucky the faculty at my school are understanding and I've made them aware of my issue and they work with me, I still can't help but feel guilty.
Ive never been the one to miss meetings that I SET UP this frequently, or deadlines in general. I absolutely hate it, its not like me at all, and despite the fact I have an excuse I feel like its not good enough. Its not like Im literally dying its a COUGH for fucks sake, why have I suddenly become such a gimp about things as simple as MEETINGS and deadlines for extracurricular stuff. If I wasnt on SSRIs and ADHD meds I would be 10x the mess I am now so at least there is that.
I fucking hate how feeble the human body is, especially mine.
