Hello everyone,
I got some funding to sequence and assemble the Absinth genome (Artemisia absinthium L.). The genome is quite large (4.324 Gb) and I was thinking about doing long read sequencing (such as PacBio HiFi or Nanopore). Both methods need high quality, molecular weight DNA. I have very little experience with such DNA extractions in plants, and would like to have some suggestion for recommended kits and protocols.

So this is one of several fictional species in my setting and the strange thing about these is they are very bad tempered and aggressive and willing to even confront animals like three times heavier than them
At first they are absurdly tiny
Length:2.5 - 3.5 feet
Height:15 - 24 inches
Weight:30 - 70 lbs
Though theyre obviously too small to outright kill anyone,their explosive temper means they will very much try and do maximum possible damage if irritated to a significant enough degree. So because of this its implied some people are slightly startled by encountering them in spite of how tiny they are just cuz they can be kinda inconvenient if they nip someone a bit
Would it be unrealistic for people to sometimes be kinda scared of something thats extremely tiny?

Hilton loyal. I worked for them for years and still am luckily on someone’s family plan getting the cheaper rates.
However, my stays have dramatically decreased with my growing family. I’ve found it even difficult to utilize my free cert (obviously trying to get max value)
Does downgrading to a card giving gold make sense? Or just leaving outright
