Hello! Dream ko talaga to work sa BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) but I don't know where to start nor what experience to gain. I am a fresh accountancy graduate who recently passed the CMA Exam, and planning to take CPALE this May 2025.
What relevant experience should I gain? Should I go to Big 4? What Line of Service? Audit? Tax? Advisory? Ano specifically?
I really enjoy finance and economics, as a matter of fact, 2nd choice ko si Economics when deciding college courses. Clueless talaga ako where to go. Been researching pero iba parin dito kasi real experience. Share naman kayo especially if you are working sa BSP, or kahit in general lang.

Znam da je izuzetno glupo ali razvila sam komplekse zbog toga što sam prvu vezu imala tek sa 21 godinom. Zapravo, nikad me to nije mučilo dok nisam našla dečka i shvatila koliko to moje iskustvo nije normalno. Naime, on je imao prvu vezu sa 15 godina sa devojkom koja je imala 13 i imali su baš ozbiljnu vezu od 3 godine. Posle toga je sa 20 imao vezu sa devojkom od 17 i sad sam mu treća devojka ja. Glupo je ali osećam se loše što imam puno manje iskustva od njega i kao da mi nešto fali jer me ranije niko nije hteo. Kako da se otarasim ovog kompleksa? :(((( Jako sam nesigurna i kvarim time vezu.

 | I knew post show blues were going to hit me somewhat, but this feels different... I don't know if it's seasonal depression hitting me (cool winter months here in FL) or what, but I've gone from crushing my prep to feeling like an incapable sack of potatoes... and I'm not really that motivated to do anything about it. I should note, I haven't completely shit the bed with my reverse, but I'm definitely nowhere near as disciplined as I was hoping I'd be with it. My sleep schedule is in disarray and most days I end up sleeping through what should be my training window, missing meals, staying up until 2 or 3 in the morning and then oversleeping my morning cardio before work. No matter how shitty this situation feels to be in, I can't seem to find myself wanting to change it badly enough. I'm just kind of numb and dissociated. I also went through a very traumatic experience 3 weeks out from my show and had to bury some incredibly difficult feelings really deep down, and I'm now wondering if that's also playing a part in my inability to find my spark again. Do any seasoned athletes or competitors who have been through something similar have any advice for me on this, or even just something supportive to help me get through this rough patch? 2024.11.25 15:30 Regular_Berry681 Gigabyte X670 Gaming X AX V2 Rev.1 with AMD Ryzen 9 9900X - not working
Hello, I have issues getting the AMD Ryzen 9 9900X working in my "Gigabyte X670 Gaming X AX V2" motherboard. All components are new. Board has rev 1.0. The 24 pin ATX connector and both 8-pin cpu power connectors are connected. Computer is connected via onboard HDMI to a monitor (CPU has integrated graphics).
First I had issues with the RAM. I installed a set of Corsair 2 x 32GB sticks CMK64GX5M2B5600C40, but when I started, the red RAM LED turned on. Of course DDR5_A2 and DDR5_B2 were populated first (like written in the manual). I tried following this thread to solve it. The computer ran for several minutes, but the LED didn't turn off. In the official memory compatibility list I found out that this RAM is not officially supported, so I bought a new set 2 x 8GB Kingston Fury KF560C36BBEAK2 sticks, that are officially supported. After installing them, the RAM led didn't turn on. Instead of this the CPU led turned on.
I am not sure which BIOS version was installed on my board, as I was unable to boot, but I found out that the Ryzen 9000 series was initially not supported. In the official board manual only Ryzen 7000 and 8000 are mentioned. In the supported cpu matrix I found out that at least version F30 is needed to use my CPU.
So I tried updating the board via Q-Flash, which turned out to be a lot more difficult than I thought. I used BIOS version F32d from 2024-10-16. Then I did the following:
- Copying the binary X670GAMINGXAX.F32d to a stick, formatted to FAT-32
- Renamed it to GIGABYTE.BIN
- Removed CPU, RAM and SSDs
- Put the USB drive to the dedicated red USB ported, labeled with "BIOS"
After that, I was quite excited. So I re-installed CPU and RAM and became quite disappointed again. After the BIOS update it doesn't matter whether I install Kingston or Corsair RAM. If I populate one module to DDR5_A2, the CPU LED turns on, if I put them in DDR5_A2 and DDR5_B2 the RAM LED turns on.
One thing I also noticed is that the keyboard Num LED does not turn on.
Anyone has an idea how to solve that?

2024.11.25 15:30 ALA02 Proof of onward travel without a confirmed seat number and boarding pass (China)?
I'm travelling to Asia in February for a few months of backpacking, and I'm flying into Shanghai with the intent to take advantage of the 144-hour visa-free transit policy, before flying on to Hong Kong (which doesn't require a visa for tourist visits for my passport). I intend to stay in Shanghai for 5 days. However, it seems all of the affordable flight options from Shanghai to Hong Kong are on airlines that don't let you check in until 24/48 hours beforehand, so I won't be able to confirm a seat on my outward flight until after I've arrived in China. It seems that the policy requires you to have a seat confirmed for your outward flight, but I can't get that until I've checked in and it's printed on the boarding pass, and the airlines don't seem to support early check in (Juneyao, Shanghai Airlines, Hong Kong Express). Is a booking on this flight enough or am I screwed because I can't check in early enough?
TLDR; is a booking for a flight you can't yet check in for sufficient proof of onward travel for China?
