Out of pure curiosity, can traffic stops be carried out when the driver is no longer driving, or even in the vehicle? Some example scenarios:
-A car is parked up with the engine off and parking brake on. Driver is sat in driving seat and officer(s) approach
-A car is in a fuel station, engine off, parking brake on, doors locked and the driver is about to pay for fuel in the filling station when officer(s) approach
-A car has arrived home and parked on the (private) driveway, engine off, locked, etc. the driver is walking toward his/her house when officer(s) approach
I can't find any guidance online with regards to such instances or other similar scenarios but I've always been curious about the legal standpoint if an officer was to attempt a traffic stop like this. Input or answers appreciated.

I (25F) am currently living in a mid-sized Midwest city to follow-what felt like- a career lead in broadcast journalism. The shiny veneer of this industry has worn off and has left me feeling jaded. I‘m thinking a career change is my only option to make above a poverty wage, but I‘m conflicted on my options. Right now, I’m considering going back for teaching or nursing. I feel like these jobs have great security, pay is a lot higher than what I’m making, and I don’t have base my location off of whose hiring.

Hello guys, i recently realised that i dont understand how the AI of troops work in this game. Because im trying to get the troops into a certain spot and they dont go there, but when i watch videos on yt, most of the creators place the troops in the way they go where they want them to go. And even tho i see thaz, i still dont get how certain troops choose the path of their attack.
I tried to find some videos that would help me understand it, but i feel like im dumb to understand it. Im th12 rn, and i started to enjoy attacking a lot recently, but since i dont know how to attack properly i often have problems in doing a 3 star attack on bases that should be easy to 3 star for me. All help and different informations would be appreciated.

I’m currently looking at running my first 50 miler, and I have my eye on either Quebec Mega Trail or Gaspesia. I was just wondering if anyone would recommend one race over the other, or have run both and could compare the two races?
I’ve run the 54km in Gaspesia, so I know what to expect there - lots of mud, and pretty technical in some areas. No idea how it compares to QMT trails though.
