it’s just been barely a week on Accutane (20mg daily) and i just got my first nose bleed 🩸 nothing crazy but i just hope this doesn’t become a consistent thing. i’m guessing it also doesn’t help that i’ve been touching it a lot and haven’t drank a lot of water today😅
i’m thinking a humidifier would help? i’d love to know any other suggestions, like if Aquaphor in the nostrils actually helps. i actually didn’t know this was a symptom and i also don’t know how common this really is so i’m curious to find out👃

My wife and I are looking to upgrade to a king for black Friday. We currently have a softer costco pillowtop that we both like. My wife prefers the pillowtop to memory foam, but it's either sorting through dozens of online mattress in a box companies, or brands with no information at big box stores.
Any advice or recommendations? I'm a side/stomach sleeper, my wife is in a constant evolution.

Last night I slept through my middle of the night pump and woke up around 4am in sooooo much pain! I got this in 15 minutes! It ended up being around 13oz and I NEVER get this amount!
Does anyone know if removing the motn pump all together will hurt my supply or if it could possibly stay the same??

I just need some advice on how we can properly handle the Vehicle records of my client. Here are some information I can share: 1. The client have business vehicles and they didn't record an asset account for those when they purchased it 2. No vehicle loan was also initially recorded. 1. So I recorded the loans by doing a Journal Entry and used opening balance equity as the debit side and the amounts are based on the balance as of 12/31/2023. Please let me know if this is correct. Another problem is that, since no Asset have been recognized, shall I just also create a JE by debiting Vehicle Asset (Purchase Amount) and also use the Opening balance equity? Assuming taxes have been filed for previous years. TLDR at end.
Title basically. It’s honestly embarrassing, I picked up a vape in 7th grade because I wanted to blow smoke in the air and look cool. I graduated last year and I haven’t put it down yet.
My grandmother had nearly fatal lung cancer from smoking her whole life, and during that same time frame my mom found out I was vaping. She wasn’t mad or surprised, more so just disappointed and hurt. I think that’s the worst part. Her mother was dying and she found out her child was going to have the same fate.
I tried cold turkey, not for me. I have a few mental illnesses which makes it harder for me, along with the addiction gene. I became a total raging bitch when I went cold turkey, lasted about a week before I felt so miserable about myself I picked it up again.
I used to only use menthol pods, couldn’t touch anything flavored without getting extremely nauseous, so I decided to get a strongly flavored vape. Thought it would let me cut down on using it because I found them so disgusting. It’s been 6 months and woohoo what do you know, I love the flavor and can’t do menthol anymore without being nauseated.
Tried nicotine patches about 2 months ago, they helped the best so far but still wasn’t enough. I also ended up dealing with a very stressful situation during that time so picked up the vape again.
I quit smoking weed cold turkey about 6 months ago and it sucked, but nothing near as bad or as hard as this.
Basically, I just don’t know what to do or how else to go about this. I feel pathetic and embarrassed that first of all, I rely on a little box of chemicals, and second of all, that my I can’t get rid of the thing that nearly killed off my favorite person. It’s almost like that’s not enough motivation, and it just feels so bad.
Another issue I have, every single one of my friends and my boyfriend’s friends vapes or smokes, which makes it harder. I could ask that they don’t do it around me, but at the end of the day that’s ridiculous because I’m with them more than I’m alone. My sister does as well, so when I’m home I can’t get away from it either.
Work helps some because I’m working retail right now and can’t touch it unless I’m on break and run to the bathroom, so that helps me for about 6-8 hours a day, but the second I’m off it’s all I want.
I need help. Does anyone have any ideas? What helped you? What else can I try, and how can I motivate myself more to get rid of this stupid thing that’s going to kill me?
TLDR- I want to quit vaping but nothing I’ve tried has worked. It nearly killed my grandmother and that’s still not enough motivation to stop. What can I do ?

2024.11.25 13:34 L06T_09 7 days late… not pregnant (I’m gay) not on any contraceptive.
So I’m 26, had a period since I was 13 or so and it’s always been pretty consistent in the last few years or so, I’d say every 29/30 days although it can differ ever so slightly by month. However… I am now 7 days late, never been this late before, no triggers? Doesn’t even look like I’ll come on soon (no sore breasts etc) no idea what’s going on? Has anyone experienced this? And no, there is 100% no chance I am pregnant.
