 | I had so much fun building, painting, and taking photos of the 30MM Nightfall. Super impressed with the level of detail and the build quality of this kit. What a great way to be reintroduced to this hobby after botching my last gunpla build/paintjob 20 years ago. I primarily used Tamiya acrylic paints to hand-paint layers of washes and drybrushing, Gundam Real Touch markers, and Mr. Hobby premium flat topcoat. There are so many tiny details on this kit that really pop with a little paintwork and weathering! I hope you enjoy! This might be a me thing.. I'm not sure. Or maybe people being rude? Or I'm being rude?
I've been in countless situations, at work and with my ex partner, where I ask them something basic like: "Can you go get that?", and so many times people just reply "please?" emphasizing the fact that I did not say please. I'm not sure if this is relevant to autism or if I wasn't taught to say please as child (I doubt this? I was raise very politely). Or maybe I'm just rude?
It's been bothering me lately and I'm trying to make a conscious effort to say it but most of the time I say it afterwards.. which just shows I had to think about saying it lol

 | FYI just wanted to share a portable led light that has been very helpful to use the Nomad in the dark. It is usb chargeable and also has 3 light colors (amber, blue and white)i n 4 intensities (lowest setting in the pictures). Very light and the battery last long, easy to clamp to the Nomad folio. hellooo, i hv a unit untuk rent out at setia alam area. my tenant baru keluar oct last month. so i post an ads in mudah. last time (5 years back) after i posted in mudah, not more than 5 mins ramai prospect tenant yg call/whatsapp i directly asking to rent the house. but this time after i post, ramai agent yg call/msg i (until today ada la around 30+ agent) yg call/msg i mention nak help rent out my unit and some say they already hv a prospect tenant ready to move in. my question is nowadays memang people tend to use agent to find unit to rent ke? and how does this agent work as in their process? and usually how much they actually collect from owner and tenant? and how to know that the agent didnt actually ‘tamak’ like they collecting fee from both owner and tenant?
