It looks like the City of Burlington is no longer using the NeoGov job board for job posting: https://www.governmentjobs.com/careers/burlingtonvt

Does anyone know what happened to previous submitted applications from the old service? The new method for applying for jobs seems alot more difficult, having to look through multiple PDF and no tracking to tools for applications. This seems like a step backwards for the city and less transparent. I also notice some of the job posting expired previous to this change.
I find this concerning, the City seems like it wants to do a lot of growing, but are making finding employment with city more difficult and less transparent.

Hey Leute, wir (ich und 3-4 Kollegen) überlegen, ein MSP zu starten. Hab viele Videos und Berichte dazu gesehen und es scheint echt ein wachsendes Geschäftsfeld zu sein. Immer mehr Unternehmen verzichten auf eine eigene IT, also denken wir, dass das der nächste Schritt für uns sein könnte.
Bevor wir loslegen, brauchen wir aber noch ein paar Tools, die uns bei der Verwaltung und Automatisierung unterstützen. Ich suche eine RMM-Lösung mit coolen Features, Fernwartung wäre natürlich auch gut.
Außerdem suchen wir was, das ein Ticket-System und eine moderne Kunden sowie Asset-Verwaltung hat. Was uns besonders wichtig ist: Wir brauchen eine Möglichkeit, Verträge und wiederkehrende Abrechnungen einem Kunden oder Asset zuordnen zu können. Wenn wir dann Serviceverträge anlegen, wäre es super, wenn wir ganz genau definieren können, was mit abgedeckt ist und was nicht.
Ach, und wäre mega, wenn sich alles in ein Buchhaltungstool wie SevDesk übertragen lässt. Bonus-Feature: Ein kleines Warenwirtschaftssystem, mit dem wir Lagerbestände im Blick behalten und Sachen wie Kabel, die wir bei Kunden installieren, gleich mit in die Rechnung aufnehmen können.
Ich habe mir Autotask angeschaut, aber irgendwie spricht mich das Produkt nicht wirklich an. Besonders negativ ist mir die langsame und eher statische Entwicklung aufgefallen.
Hat jemand so was schon mal benutzt oder eine Empfehlung? Würde mich über eure Tipps freuen!
