Hey everyone,
I’m reaching out because I’ve been struggling with extreme fatigue for years, and I’m feeling completely lost. No matter how long or short I sleep, I always wake up feeling groggy and disoriented. I honestly can’t remember the last time I felt rested after waking up.
Here’s what I experience:
In the mornings, I feel like I can’t fully open my eyes, and my head feels heavy and foggy.
This grogginess sometimes lasts the entire day.
I often feel like I need to go back to bed after only a few hours of being awake.
Falling asleep at night isn’t usually an issue since I feel so exhausted.
I’ve already seen multiple doctors and had my blood tested several times. During winter, a vitamin D deficiency was discovered, and I took high-dose supplements, but they didn’t make any difference.
Eventually, I was referred to a sleep lab, but they didn’t find anything like sleep apnea. After two nights there, they stopped further testing, saying that some people just need more sleep.
The thing is, I can sleep over 10 hours a night (even if I try not to), and I still feel this way. It’s incredibly frustrating, and I’ve kind of lost faith in seeing more doctors since nothing has helped so far.
Does anyone know what might be wrong with me? Or has anyone experienced something similar? Any advice would be appreciated because I’m really at my wit’s end.

So….i may have flown off the handle a bit last night. I’m still absolutely FURIOUS about that loss, but I’m trying to remember I expected all of 6-7 wins at the beginning of the year. That said, being in that stadium with all those Cowgirls fans is a very tough pill to swallow. They’re so annoying. And what I’m most upset about is that this loss is what we were lead to believe was the Skins of old. New owners/GM/coaches/QB etc etc etc. this was the most typical loss from the Snyder era I can remember in a while. Maybe the Giants game a few years ago at home to make the playoffs? Yeah, I was at that debacle, too 🤦♂️ I get we can’t expect to wash the stink of 25 years of Snyder off in 18 months, but MAN this one hurts. Anyways, sorry for losing my sh!t on here last night. HAIL

I wish I had some positive news or at least some news to share but honestly, things have gotten worse. It’s been two weeks since I told my husband I wanted a child and he shut down. Since then we have had a conversation about how he just needed time to think. Then we chatted through text (the only way we’ve been able to talk recently) about how he was open to maybe adopting an older kid but we could talk about it over the weekend. It’s now Monday and I am at a loss. I spoke with my mother who has been concerned, she can tell there is something wrong with me. She says I haven’t seemed like myself for months. I’m going back to therapy to figure out what I really want.
I should probably preface all of this by saying my husband has a chronic illness. It’s not hereditary. I wasn’t really aware of it when we got married and it gotten worse lately. I don’t feel comfortable making my wants known because I feel like his problems are bigger then my happiness. I feel a lot of guilt all of the time but I’ve wanted children for years. I feel so stuck.
