In 1960 my grandfather was shot and killed by a friend under strange circumstances. It has always been family lore so I wanted to get more information about what might have actually happened.
In February I requested a copy of a police report and any related files they might still have from the Oklahoma City PD via https://www.foioklahoma.org/open-records-act.
They sent me a copy of the police report but the entire “witness endorsed” section had been redacted and along with a few other bits of information throughout.
Last week I submitted the same request but asked for an unredacted copy and I was told they would send my request to their legal department for approval.
A few days later I got this email
“Your request has been processed by the Municipal Counselor's office and their findings are as follows:
'Provide open-record version of the arrest report. Follow up report was not retained.’
Open-record = redacted per SOP."
I looked at the OK’s Open Records Act to try and understand why I was denied the unredacted copy but I can’t find anything.
I’m wondering if I have any recourse here?

2024.11.25 15:50 NaturalPorky What does the R and V in prayer books stands for? And are the literature used in weekly sermon gatherings supposed to be read in a group or can they be read alone?
Hi I'm currently in prospect about changing my faith from Hinduism into some other religion and I been reading some old discarded prayer books that a classmate has stored in his home. He gave me one out of a request I made that was used for Catholic religious service gatherings (or whatever they call it in this specific religion).
Throughout the prayer book there is and R and a V tat teh start of some statements and it seems to rotate throughout prayers. I'm wondering what do these stand for?
In addition I was told these prayer books are meant to be used in groups during the sermons on the weekly gatherings. I'm not yet converted and am still officially a Hindu on government records but as I read through the prayer book and even try to recite it out loud, I'm wondering is the way I'm doing it wrong? Do I have to have another person or maybe even a group to use the prayer book? Or can Catholics (maybe other Christians even) just use the entire book for solitary worship?

Life has been lifing lately! It's not my best year - I've made work my whole personality and yet I'm not good at it. I even got such a shitty performance review and it HURTS!
My heart and my brain says 2 different things. My brain understands the why but my heart feels so freaking heavy - I lost my sparkle or what I call my sense of self.
It hurts a lot because aside from feeling like my efforts are in vain, my people pleasing heart just feels more and more invalidated
It frustrates more and more each and every passing day because my head knows how to move past this sitution - power through, suck it up but my heart wants to give up because they gave up on me!
I want to please them but i cant and it sucks. I cant help it. I want to be liked and feel comfy but I am not. I'm stuck in my head and the more I'm stuck the more I hate myself. I feel like I'm losing time and I'm spiraling I don't know what to do next.

Like you know your friends are discussing something and you just don't know what to talk.( Fyi it's not about intellectual discussion). And then you start doing something on your phone or whatever. llevo casi 8 meses desde la ultima vez que tuve relaciones.
Actualmente, especialmente cuando no estoy ocupado pensando en otras cosas, la idea de volver a sentir eso me invade, más de lo que creo natural. Actualmente me gusta un chico, pero a el no lo veo en una manera sexual, por más que lo intente no puedo visualizarlo en mi mente desnudo, cosa que no pasaba con la anterior persona que fue mi pareja.
La idea de tener una pareja me parece increíble, pero la idea de tener a una persona con la cual cada que estemos aburridos podamos ir a tener relaciones también me parece buena. No se cual de las dos se pueda adaptar mejor a mi situación, porque me siento solo casi la mayoria del tiempo, ya que no me gusta molestar a mis amigos con mis problemas, ni me gusta ser sincero ni abrirme tanto con personas con las que no quiero tener una relación duradera, ya sea amistosa o romantica.

 | Hello Reddit, I’ve got some questions regarding doing an LS swap on my 79 Z. I wanna keep this super cheap as this is a backburner project that I’m not looking to dump tons of money into right now. I just need to know what I’ve all got to do/get to make this run in the car as far as sensors/monitors/fuel system goes. Here’s a list of what I’ve got: -1979 Camaro with a TH350 and an 8.5 10-bolt -2000 LQ4 intake-to-pan from a 2500 truck with the complete harness, ECU, and TCM. I took it out, I know it’s a really good running engine. I haven’t had the VATS/Downstream 02s deleted from the ECU yet but I’ve got a place that’ll do it for me. -an LS1 intake manifold to clear the hood -A corvette water pump for pulley clearance. Now I know that there’s things like swap headers and exhaust that I’m going to need but what I’m looking for in this post is what I have to do to make the engine run properly in this car with the factory ECU.
