Hey everyone,
I already posted this exactly in another community.
I am 26F. I have had an unknown connective autoimmune disease since I was about 10. First, it presented as very round, painless, nodules. I didn't have any other major symptoms back then, regular energy levels. After 12 years I was diagnosed with Cutaneous Lupus.
BUT I have many weird symptoms that come and go.
-Last year I had, what I know consider a flare, a long episode with unbearable back pain. I couldn't eat many things, such as bread and wheat products made me feel sick, even just thinking about them. Same with sugary drinks and sweets, even though I enjoyed them before. Drinking a regular coke would make my brain fog so bad, I couldn't do simple additions in my head. With this came horrible heat intolerance, especially in the summer. I then can't even stand a bit of sun hitting my face or body, even in the car. Makes em instantly feel unwell. Even in winter, when the heater is on it makes me instantly unwell, I have to go outside to cool off, otherwise I can't think and feel awful.
I also have these recurring pains under my ribcage, everywhere in the stomach. The ultrasound was clear, a CT showed enlarged lymph nodes.
Many things make me extremely bloated, to the point that my stomach sounds like it's talking to me. I haven't been able to figure what is causing it or what could help.
Almost everyday I get a moment where I get extremely hungry and then weak directly.
Other more minor symptoms, that actually don't impact my life that much or I learned to live with them: -freuqent headaches -nausea -virtigo -neck pain -pain in many joints -tailbone pain -anxiety -depressive mood -night sweats from time to time, but not too often
I am on MTX and Pregabalin, just started Benlysta.
Is this all related to cutaneous Lupus? I have gotten much of blood work and other tests. I am getting a colonoscopy in two weeks.

Single mom here, really truly struggling. The only thing I have of any value is my car, and I’m not sure how much it’s even worth. Green 2 wheel drive 2013 FJ with high mileage, 180,000. Also I’ve recently quit smoking, but it has been smoked in previously. I just bought tires 2 months ago, but I don’t think they are anything fancy. I had a tire blow out over the summer, so even the spare is new. Can someone just tell me the best place to get the value of this car? My husband usually did all this type of dealing, but we are now going through a divorce.
Thanks for any help. I’m really trying to make myself not go to one of those title pawn places, but it’s rough out here!!

2024.11.25 15:40 DE4N0123 Any advice for dealing with swimmer’s tail?
 | Took our 14 month old lab swimming for the first time yesterday in an indoor pool. He really enjoyed it after overcoming his initial nerves! Sadly though it seems that today he’s come away with swimmer’s tail as it’s seemingly stuck in a downward position and he hasn’t wagged it at all! I was quite sad not to get my usual waggy tail greeting this morning. From what I’ve read online (and from talking to a woman on my street who also owns 2 labradors) it doesn’t seem to warrant a visit to the vet and should heal on its own. He isn’t whining or yelping and he isn’t protesting when I try to touch him around that area but I’m just wondering if anyone has any advice for speeding up the healing process/anything I can do to avoid making it worse?
