First off, sorry for the wall of text, but any help would be hugely appreciated. (Side note: Tried posting about this on the Asrock subreddit under a new acct as I thought I lost the login to this one. However I was able to recover it and am now posting here. So if you see a similar post under a fresh account over there, that's why.)
This weekend I finished (or thought I did..) a build using the Antec Flux, which has a fan controller on the back of the case - diagram included below.
Motherboard has 4 Chassis Fan Connections and 2 CPU Fan connections. Diagram also linked below.

I am using 5 Lian Li SL Infinity Fans
3x 120 in the front for intake (Daisy chained/connected)
1x 140 in rear for exhaust
1x 120 in top for exhaust
All fans are plugged into the 4PIN and 3PIN ARGB connections on the case included controllehub from Diagram 1
Originally, I connected the 4 pin PWM/3 pin ARGB connectors of the controller itself to the motherboard through the Chassis Fan 3 Header (#26 in the MOBO Diagram) and the 3Pin ARGB Connector to the MOBO through Addressable LED 1 (#32 in MOBO diagram.)
First boot and everything was running okay except for my case fans - they're running full speed regardless of load.
I then go in BIOs and see that the two fans on my Phantom Spirit cooler are running fine (These are connected to the CPU fan headers), but that Chassis Fan 3 (which the entire case fan hub is connected to) is running at max speed.
I try changing Control Method from Auto to PWM in Bios and no luck. I then switch the PWM connection from my case's fan hub from Chassis Fan 3 to Chassis Fan 1. This appears to rectify the issue and my case fans begin adjusting to load and become *significantly* quieter.
Then the problem just starts again and fans go full bore out of nowhere and persists on restart. I think to myself maybe the 4 Pin cable connecting to the hub is faulty, or the 4PIN/ARGB connector on the hub itself is faulty, so then I remove and reseat said connector on the hub (top left cable in the below photo.
Literally just unplugged it and plugged it back in exactly as you see in link below)

I then start the computer and problem seems fixed. Load into Baldurs Gate 3 to see how the system responds - cool as a cucumber and quiet as can be.
I go to bed last night thinking I fixed the problem and that the 4PIN/ARGB connection on the hub was just loose.
Before I leave for work this morning, I turn on the PC just to check and...PC is back to running all case fans full speed. I had touched nothing since last night and am now at a loss of how to proceed. I was so certain it was something with the connector or the hub connection but now I have no idea. Could it be something with the MOBO?
Should I try connecting the 4 pin PWM connector from the hub into one of the CPU fan headers instead? (Would then run both CPU fans via a splitter to one CPU Fan header)

Aqui no reddit tá lotado de posts sobre desistir da vida, recomeçar depois de ter "fracassado", ate gente falando q pegou trauma pq foi demitido de ESTAGIO eu li. E tudo uma porrada de jovem de 20 e poucos anos. Essa semana numa festa consolei meu primo pq ele com 22 anos tava chorando copiosamente pq nao conseguia emprego na area q ele escolheu. 22 fucking anos e o moleque já "desistindo" da carreira q escolheu pq foi reprovado em umas 2 entrevistas.
Minha geração só tinha pânico de 3 coisas: Não ter comida pra comer, não ter teto pra dormir ou ser rejeitado pela amada.
Acho q crescer vendo nas redes sociais um milhão de prodígios ficando bilionários com 14 anos tá fazendo vocês surtarem e inventarem problema em lugares onde nem sequer existem os problemas.
Vão alguns conselhos:
- todas as dúvidas são válidas, é bom vc rever seu norte qdo acha q não tá indo pra um caminho q é satisfatório, afinal quando vc não sabe pra onde tá indo, vc acaba onde não gostaria. Mas não precisa se sentir fracassado nem inferior por nao ter passado numa prova ou estar num trabalho q nao curte. Isso é assim pra 99,99999% das pessoas. Digo mais: até os 30 anos essa é a idade de errar. Cada erro q vc comete, é um aprendizado.
- para de se comparar com os outros. SEMPRE terão pessoas próximas a você num estágio mais avançado ou menos avançado. Isso é normal. A vida não é uma corrida maluca onde se vc não tá melhor q seu vizinho vc tá perdendo. A pessoa mais importante da sua vida é VOCÊ. Fodac se seu vizinho tem uma BMW. O importante é q se vc tem a meta de ter uma BMW, então vc traça um objetivo e corre atrás. Se demorar 2 ou 20 anos pra conseguir, fodac. A vida é sua e só sua e não faz diferença nenhuma na sua vida se vc tem 10 vizinhos com BMW ou nenhum.
- TODOS vivem um inferno interno q vc não conhece. Você só conhece a parte boa da vida dos outros. O teu amigo q tem 1 milhão na conta as vezes é brocha e foi abusado pelo pai 153 vezes. A tua prima q passou em Engenharia as vezes tem sindrome do pãnico 4x por semana e toma 5 remédios tarja preta pra poder não se matar. O teu tio que viaja o mundo inteiro as vezes chora no banho todos os dias pq nunca recebeu um "eu te amo" sincero de ninguem do planeta. Então PARA DE USAR AS COISAS BOAS DOS OUTROS COMO PARAMETRO PRA VOCÊ.
- Por fim. Um grande segredo da vida adulta: NINGUEM sabe o q tá fazendo. A gente só finge q sabe, finge q tem certeza do correto a se fazer. A gente vai vivendo e errando. Experiência de vida é sinonimo de ter muitas coisas q sabemos q dá errado. Só. Mas ninguem sabe perfeitamente o q é o certo. Só chega mais perto do certo pq foi eliminando de diversas formas as coisas erradas (ou pq foi guiado por alguem, ou pq quebrou a cara e aprendeu, ou pq leu em livros onde dava errado e evitou, etc).
"Ah, mas como vou planejar o futuro ou reavaliar o passado?" Separa a porra de um MOMENTO do dia pra fazer isso e durante esse tempo vc faz todas essas reflexões. Não parar pra fazer isso nunca mas ficar o dia todo pensando nisso vai moer o teu cérebro, te causar depressão, angústia, etc.

It's my personal favorite, and I don't even build bases. Heck, I don't even mine or farm, but having a team of six from the start is just so overwhelmingly good. Am I missing something? Other than challenge/rp, is there any other reason to use any of the other starts?

I have just sold my PS5 and wanted to sell the Portal too. But right when I was listing it the Cloud Streaming update arrived. So naturally I want to test it out before committing to selling the Portal too as it's haptics are next level and I want to keep the Portal.
However, I have an annual PS+ Essentials Subscription running until Jan 25th and my only option seems to be to upgrade to a 12 month Premium plan?! I'm not willing to pay 12 months upfront just to see if the Cloud Gaming features are sufficient for me.

My question is, how often/how long did you visit your NICU baby? I want to go every day but the travel alone is hard on my body. I don’t want to look like a bad parent if I skip a day of visiting.
