I have a YouTube account that I want but can't get into anymore because I made a separate email for the channel several years ago and I didn't write the password down. I know the email and have tried multiple times to get in by guessing my password and I have no idea what it could be. I also can't recover it using forgot password or anything because I didn't set up 2 factor or a back up email to the channels email bc I used it very infrequently. So I had a cheap pair of Anker earbuds that worked great and they had great range and I could even wear my 3M earmuffs over them or be anywhere in the house and the sound wouldn’t break up. Then I got some Jabra 75t elites and while the sound is a lot better the range absolutely stinks. If I‘m more than 3 feet away from them they break up, if I put them in my pocket they break up, if I turn my head a certain way they break up, etc. I’ve tried the updates and resets on the Jabra and no luck solving the issue. Any recommendations for earbuds that have good sound and don’t break up when there’s a soft spring wind outside?

Given that Christa got a bunch of skills actually relevant to how her character should be played I was thinking of potential skills Helena could have that would be good on her, and one that came to mine was a shadow steal and pass. Given her character concept is supposed to be this assist and steal floor general, and she already has hustle pass, a shadow steal and pass skill, similar to pedros steal and pass could give her a good role as a defensive facilitator and playmaker.
But given she’s free to play I don’t see them doing that.

I've given my new employee a very in depth training/onboarding since they will be taking over part of my old role. They even gave feedbackto HR about the onblarding. However, they're still asking fairly basic questions, despite doing this workflow numerous times. I am getting tired of answering the same questions that are frankly fundamental to understanding what they should/shouldn't be doing in their role.
I'm a first time manager so how fast someone gets up to speed is new to me. They've been here for about 90 days now.
This role requires someone to be proactive and detailed oriented because we are responsible for being the QA/QC and the "gatekeeper" of certain processes within the company.
How do I respond to these questions kindly without being passive aggressive? I'm just annoyed at this point and I really need someone to grasp these things. I need to do their 90 day check in soon. They usually get things done when asked but there are little mistakes and I need them to perform at a bit higher of a level based on the expectations that have been set forth for this highly supportive role.

I have not been in any accidents and do not have any claims against me. I also have not changed vehicles. However, I do lease my vehicle. I have taken the defensive driving course so I have that discount. Any other companies to look at or agents I can go through?
