I wonder how many of my fellow travelers have lived or tried to live in an encampment (which comes with its own hellish requirements) only to come back one day and had your possessions snaked by the municipality? Has anyone tried to get legal representation to fight to get your things or at least get change?
At the bottom of the article is a questionnaire asking for people experiencing this horrible experience to get in touch. I got in touch on behalf of a friend who's been 'vagabonding' for more than 35 years.
The article isn't cheap-n-cheerful but it shows there's people out there trying to stop the flood of inhumanity toward what is, ultimately, part of the human condition.
I'm not one of those people that says "Stay safe!!" cuz I'm an adventurer, so I say "Stay adventuring !!"

Have any of you encountered this error message, "Invalid fourth party call Ad Error" for an ad being rejected or limited?
The always helpful Google Ads Support told me that in order to get this resolved I need to talk to Google Ads Account Rep who needs to turn something on...
The two ads that are rejected, are HTML5 ads, and part of a set of 15, so the fact that only 2 of them are affected by this seems weird and further proves support is stupid and doesn't actually know anything.

Hi all, My dad is a bit of a prepper, and for Christmas I wanted to make him a sort of prepper kit, but I am pretty ignorant to the subject, so I don't know what to exactly put in it. He already has tools/knives so those aren't really needed. So far I was thinking a first aid kit, emergency whistle, waterproof lighter, lifestraw, and bleed stop powder. Any other ideas/recommendations that won't break the bank are greatly appreciated as I would like to keep this under $150 and get most of the items off of Amazon. Thanks in advance!

We are planning a months holiday in Canada in 2026 and will be going to the F1 as part of it. The recent announcement means the race is likely to be the 2nd or 3rd weekend in May.
This means that we can do a month's holiday anywhere in the ~8 weeks from mid April to mid June. Which would be better? April/May with the F1 at the end, or May/June with F1 first?
We plan to do both east and west sides of the country, as much as we can cram into a month.
