Was told this would be a better sub to post on so here goes! I remember a lot of specific scenes from the book but the main plot is kind of fuzzy. It had a bright green cover and a butterfly with eyes on the cover. At some point there was this big bonfire with butterflies involved in some kind of psychedelic way? It was told from multiple perspectives, one of which was a kid who could see peoples life spans and was addicted to drugs to stop seeing it, and another was a popular girl who was secretly really poor, and there was also a slightly older guy with a soul patch who they all thought was weird but ended up being connected to the butterfly stuff somehow. I remember there was a house party at the mc’s house where they all kind of converge prior to the butterfly bit. If anyone knows what this is that would be amazing!!!!

2024.11.25 18:21 Dyara Background play problem
Lately when i pause a video and try to go to home screen or press the power button or when i get a call the video resumes in the background and i have to pause it again in the notifications. Is there a way to fix this? Before if the video was playing it would go into pip, and if it was paused it would do nothing, now it resumes the video in the background.

I don't know what I'm exactly looking for to be honest, but probably a really unique and honest friendship that with someone interesting and preferably an outcast like me.. A friendship where we don't have to mask anything, 'trauma dump' on each other and just be honest with our thoughts, past and share who we are deep down to maybe cope with our reality temporarily or just become really close friends.
I'm quite lonely, depressed, weird, loser and have been a NEET for quite long and can't really relate to most normies because of my past and feel reallty alienated from society so looking for someone like myself. You should definitely be miserable, weird, and feel alienated by most people and preferably spend majority of your time online rotting your brain so we could relate to each other and not feel miserable about our lives, or at least feel miserable together, or since I'm trying to improve my life, we could try to motivate each other as well ^ but please, don't be someone overly optimistic and positive.. I really can't stand that, as I can be a bit nihilistic, pessimistic and even somewhat misanthropic at times
Other than that, I love baking/cooking, going on walks, shitposting (my favorite) , playing games, watching anime, and brainrotting on YT/X/Reddit. I also like to read (philosophy), but recently I've taken a break from it since reading triggers my existential fears and makes me more depressed. I feel like this is enough for someone like me to understand if we're relatable or not. If you have any questions, you can obv ask them

I ordered something more than 2 weeks ago which was being shipped through YunExpress in China-Canada. Everything was moving along fine until it got "Delivered to local carrier" 4 days ago. I'm located in Canada (in a city) and am concerned the local carrier is Canada Post... who are striking right now and won't be delivering packages. I was really hoping it would be a different carrier. Under "More info" it says the Last-mile Carrier is CA Uni Uni, but I'm still not certain who will be delivering my package. Any insights?
