Hi, I am very perplexed on why my ex does this. I wanted to ask if anyone else had a similar experience. It’s kind of a pattern, my ex and I broke up once in the past and he followed a girl from my country with whom we were mutuals and started texting her. He also followed a guy he thought was my ex and talked to him as well. This time it looks like we broke up for good and he followed some girl who i never spoke to, but we are mutuals on instagram(she’s also from my country). She doesn’t follow him back, he liked her posts. Anyone has any idea what could cause this behavior?

2024.11.25 17:40 Schweenis69 Who's putting out full length albums these days?
Seems like the overwhelming majority of releases are between one and four tracks in length (source: guessing based on Bandcamp browsing). There are a couple notable exceptions — Kid Lib comes to mind — but I'm wondering if y'all lovely folks know of other jungle / jungle-adjacent producers putting out records that'll run for an hour plus.
The first thing I ever bought on Bandcamp was Antares "Viatorem" LP (which is pretty great) but even DCD mostly runs EP-length stuff. BC Rydah has that "System on Thump" — Ruffnek is a track everybody should hear imo — but that's it for long players from him.
So IDK. Not sure what drives the choice to release four tracks instead of 12. It seems to be the norm. Which is fine, just most of what I listen to apart from jungle/breaks stuff is rock music, maybe that's a bad influence somehow.

2024.11.25 17:40 Lost_mind30 AITA for trusting my mechanic over my boyfriend
Honestly I can’t even believe I am in the middle of this fight with my boyfriend. I took my car into the mechanic this morning to see what needs fixed. My boyfriend (31) thought he knew what my car needed fixed to be in good shape. My mechanic when I told him the suspicions, said he would like to look it over and see what’s wrong. Well, it came back that what my boyfriend thought was the problem, isn’t as serious as he thought and there are other things that need taken care of first. Before anyone goes down the line of mechanics taking advantage of a woman’s lack of knowledge, this is a trust worthy mechanic. He’s a family friend and is very honest. We have been taking our cars to him for a while and my boyfriend has never had any doubts with his word. Well, today all of a sudden he does. He immediately got upset because he didn’t get what he asked for (a specific quote on what he thought was wrong). My boyfriend has done some work on our cars (thanks to YouTube), but he certainly does not know everything. He is insulted that I trusted a ‘drunk’ over him. Says that I have betrayed him, that he is under appreciated, this is the worst day of his life. He is throwing a full blown tantrum. I honestly just can’t even deal with it. Honestly the way he is behaving is alarming, he is going down the road of wanting to die (usually gets brought up when we fight), and he says this is the worst day of his life. He is acting as if he is a professional, but he himself has said before that he does not know everything about cars. I pointed out that the mechanic does this every day for a living, so yeah, I trust what he had to say, and I am the biggest bitch for saying so. He has accused me of working with the mechanic against him. I just honestly can’t.
He has some anger issues, and he honestly needs some serious help. I know that, he has acknowledged that, but refuses to actually do anything to help himself. I love him to pieces, we have a beautiful baby together, but I don’t know how much more of this behavior I can take anymore. Every single thing just explodes like this, it’s exhausting.

Following the threads of thrifted babies, I found this little guy yesterday at a toys bin in the farmers market (here is the most common thing, some sell 2nd hand clothing, toys exported or used) is a Tuxedo cat I see! He was along with other flock toys like Filly's and Yohoo's, he had lost an eye, I had to behead him bc the eye stub was inside his head, gave him a bath, I repainted his ears, washed him again, and then, here is the restored tiny guy (I carried away his flock a little-) 🥹 I think he is a classic, his overalls look old, and he has the airhole in the middle, idk I love him, hoping to buy an eye for him
