Pictures below show yung payslio ko ng first and second cutoffs ko ng December, 2023. (for context nag start ako sa current job ko ng June, 2023). So these are my questions: 1. Every year ba nakakatanggap ng ITR? Kasi past work ko sa DOST for 2 years, and tanda ko every december may ITR kami. Then last year sa new work ko meron ulit ako.

So I just wanted to provide an update for those who were interested.
The police came out to my house the other week and took a witness statement, as well as capturing the dashcam footage of the event that I'd retrieved (via the sentry cam event, and one via a file recovery tool in order to extend the event by an extra minute to show the license plate as she drove off.
Their view seemed to be the same as me: She'd definitely done it deliberately. They also indicated that the footage was good enough that there was no need of them to obtain the CCTV footage from the car park.
Overall cost of repair was ~£1300. So they said they'd definitely be pursuing her for it. She was in a different jurisdiction though, so they had to get her local force to charge her.
Last night, the police called me to tell me that they had charged the woman who had keyed my car.
Next steps are for the case to go to the Procurator Fiscal, who will arrange court dates, etc. If she pleads not guilty, I may be summoned to give evidence (although my evidence really just amounts to "watch the video", as I never actually saw her).

Ad the title suggests, I don't think Shrike is "unbalanced" or "OP", I think people say that because it at least one of these reasons 1. Don't know how to fight her 2. Are suprised by the amount of damage she does, and 2-shot potential 3. They got destroyed and want to complain
As someone who sometimes plays as Shrike,(when I can't play Shiv) and plays against her a lot, (because lots of people play her). I think that you just need to get close to/isolate her and you can beat her. Sure, Shrike can still beat you, but if a character can't win any 1v1s, then they are underpowered. Also, losing to Shrike is a good reason to get better at dodging.
Sorry for the rant, just want to have a post on this. I know most people have moved on, but I want to have a reference for people who think Shrike is insanely overpowered.

Okay so I'm in my first year of college and unfortunately my roommate is.... kind of terrible. I guess if I were to list some things:
- She comes back drunk and high everyday, which would be fine if she wasn't also a very annoyed and kind of aggressive drunk. Me and my other roommate don't drink, and we've expressed that we genuinely don't care if she does want to do anything, just that she doesn't take out any of the attitude on us.
- She tends to call her friends over every few days, however it has decreased in recent times due to exams coming up this still very much exists. They both will sit in the room on her bed and talk very loudly (like- there's moderate sound, and then there's like- a bit too loud, that's where they lie) and they'll continue talking like that till 3-4 am. The lights remain on the entire time. My other roommate was sick and that's the only reason the lights were turned off "on time" (3 am btw) that one single time.
- She's on a call with someone or the other pretty much 24x7, which once again, I didn't mind until she started shushing us while we were on a call with anyone. Literally _anyone_. Parents, family, close friends included. And she tells us to shush at like- 10 pm, me and my other roommate leave the room to talk to anyone if its anything past 11:30 (none of us sleep before that time).
- She also tells us to shush and put on headphones if we're watching reels or any video with noise, (however i will say she's saying it less after I told her to put her headphones on once).
- All 3 of us are messy in our own ways, my tables generally messy since I study on my bed. She tends to make it a really big deal ONLY when her space is clean (once every week or two, and only for exactly 1 day). (also this is just annoying tbh, not exactly a huge huge issue).
However....
- SHE THREW AWAY THE STEAMER AND EGG BOILING ATTACHMENT THAT I BOUGHT WITH MY KETTLE. And of course she isn't accepting it. Said that the cleaning lady must've taken it but I was there each time the room had been cleaned and the box in which it was hadn't been removed. So, unfortunately there remains no explanation other than her having thrown it out. Our room isn't big enough to accidently lose that big of a box in there.
- After this she's recently been putting a blame for stealing on me and my other roommate. She came back from a concert and took off her skirt near the bed. Next day she couldn't find it. Surprise surprise, next day me and my other roommate find the skirt at the bottom of her (my other roommates) pile of clothes, which had been there for an entire week (from way before the concert, and it hadn't been touched either), so there's no way she would've put that there.
- Today in the evening she told my roommate not to put any of our stuff on her table (she puts her stuff on mine) cause our instant noodles were on her table. The noodles are exactly where they were a week ago and in the exact same condition. Basically she's reached the point where she wants to make it seem like we're not respecting her space.
- Leaving the door unlocked while going for classes while we're sleeping, some of stuff has been stolen before (not by her), so we've all expressed how we are NOT comfortable with. We've had an extensive conversation about this. But no, she leaves the door unlocked just so her friends can easily go in and out (something she got mad about cause I locked it while leaving for my own class later that day, all because her friend couldn't enter the room at that time.
- She'll lock the door from the inside and then say stuff like "let me sleep 10 more minutes, I'll open after that" if we're outside the room.... she gets mad at us for opening the door in under 10 seconds if she's out.
- She leaves the door open, like- wide open when she leaves. It's the middle of winter, we don't have any heating in the room, there's always cold air coming in and my bed is closest to the door so it honestly makes me lose my fucking mind.
I need a spell that will like take care of her, I don't really care if she stays in the room or leaves it, but I just want this activity to stop. I can't take it anymore I swear to god. I don't wanna be friends with her, I don't really care about that. Just that I want her to:
- Deal with the consequences of her actions, like- I need her to lowkey suffer for it, nothing exaggerated, I just want her to actually have consequences for all the shit she does and puts other people through (she is not a good person)
- I want her to stop being such a pain. Like- I physically can't deal with her bullshit. Like- I know freezing spells and all but I just- I think someone stronger is needed? I don't know, just that I want her to also have consequences.

 | (conflicted between the critique and the question flair,but id like if you could constructively criticize me) I did almost all of these drawings during class (except for the th one, I was actually in bed with my phone flashlight on while drawing it). Im 16 and i kind of wanna ask you to see if its worth of me keeping up this hobby of drawing(or if i should try pursuing it further, maybe buy a tablet and start digital art?) Thing is, i kind of suck at art, i mean, i am better than a lot of people i know irl,but thats probably it.. The only problem that keeps me from practicing more and spending more time studying anatomy and experimenting is probably school and homework. I used to have mediocre grades in school last schoolyear but this summer i decided to try to have an academic comeback, and so far so well. But now i barely have time (its not like 1 had much more earlier then, but its just much less now) , which limits me to only draw things during class whenever i feel bored (which end up being silly scribbles or "geometric" disasters). I basically feel stuck in my head because my imagination is filled up with ideas, but not being to put them on a piece of paper the proper way makes me suffer internally. imagine myself doing digital art, but time is the one breaking all of these delusions.Whenever i have time, is funnily the only time i am basically unmotivated,severely depressed or having other hyperfixations (adhd going crazy) Have you ever felt this way? and do i actually have a chance? can i implement tech and art together ?How do i even get art on my schedule when i have 37273277+738383227i other things in my schedule? 2024.11.25 17:29 kg1128 Just finished first marathon- Winter training to maintain speed and fitness
40M. I just ran my first full marathon in Philly yesterday after training for ~18 weeks. Finishing time of 3:44 is very close to what I expected based on my HM time (1:45 in Oct) and other predictions from vdot and running apps. Well, this is what I love about running - you get what you put in, there is no shortcut.
I ran about 40mpw for Philly training, although there were 2 outlier weeks with 60mi and 55mi. Didn't follow any specific running plan, but I believe the it had a reasonable structure - 1 weekend long run, ~3 easy runs, ~2 harder runs like interval or hill or stride runs. As for the race itself, I kept the 8:25-30 pace throughout the race except I slowed down a bit (add 10-15 secs) during the last 3 miles. The very first mile was considerably slow due to getting crowded out, so I made up for it during the next mile just to stay on 8:30ish overall pace.
I really enjoyed the whole process and want to continue to run and improve. My current plan is to sign up for a full marathon for next spring, with the goal time of 3:30. I live in northern NJ so it can get cold/snowy, but I plan on running outside weatehr-permitting and supplement it with treadmill and indoor biking.
Here are some questions I have- 1. Is 3:30 (shaving 15 minutes off) realistic in 5 months? 2. How can I maintain/improve base fitness level in the next 2 months before going on spring marathon training? What is a reasonable mpw target and training structure?

Yesterday, my wife noticed about 10-12 little white bug coming out from under out cable box (yes, we are the last holdouts). I tried to snap a few pictures before we disposed of them. Sorry for the bad picture quality, they were small, about .5 inches or smaller. I am pretty sure, and highly concerned, they are freshly hatched roach babies.
