That happened yesterday night, New house, one of the cool new modern ones with a flat roof, Parked in the driveway and look for the entrance, it was on the side of the house, I see a huge window, wall to floor and then make the turn to find the entrance to leave the package and the lady was taking out some garbage and we scared each other.

I have to stop keto for a while but have a huge tub of quality MCT oil (C8/10). I’ll be alternating low/medium carb days (50-150 grams). Curious if anyone took the oil when they weren’t in keto. Did it do anything helpful, harmful or no effect? Don’t want the oil to go to waste and still put it in my coffee or during my long fasting hours (I don’t eat right away when waking up and long hours before bed I also have an empty stomach). Feedback, tips/tricks and experience with MCT oil while not doing keto welcome and appreciated!

Aside from the gender aspect, I've never liked my name. I started using a new name with my doctor and in therapy and I told my wife that I'm trying it on. I'm not going to lie, it feels pretty good to hear it, see a text or email addressed using it but I'm also the type of person that resists change. I think it represents leaving the baggage of the old me behind and starting fresh, although I don't want to deny my past.
What are your experiences picking a new name, or maybe you kept your old one? Did it take a long time to find one you liked? How long did it take before you forgot about the old one?
