I’m completely miserable in my finance sales job because I have a horrible boss. I’ve been in survival mode for over a year and a half now and I literally can’t take it anymore. It’s literally affecting my mental health.
I’m in the hiring process with another firm that seems promising but it’s taking a very long time to get an offer (2 months from initial application to 5 interviews and clearing CRD). I’m trying to be patient here but the thought of starting the new year at my current firm makes me sick to my stomach.
Has anyone in Finance quit their job before securing another job? What was your experience?
