Hey everyone, so I actually took some time and spoke to PLM, Private Label Manufacturing and they said they would make a downpipe for our cars if theres enough interest.
They're good parts for the price I've used them on my Subarus with good results, so it woukd be widely available and their pricing is very fair.

Does anyone else feel this way? I know first trimester is all survival mode, but I can’t help but feel guilty and worried that I’m not eating good enough for the baby.
Google doesn’t provide much reassurance lol. So I’m just curious how you all are managing these feelings, or experiences from STM?
I try to overall eat healthy, some days are better than others. I aim to have eggs for breakfast, fresh fruit or smoothies, and protein in some form (often in the shape of a taco or quesadilla or a burger lol)
But my cravings have been junk food and sweets… a big one being ice cream lol. I am still snacking on chips or popcorn when maybe I should have an apple instead, and honestly I could eat pizza for every meal. I also feel guilty because my pill prenatals make me gag, so I’ve been taking gummies the last several weeks and I know the ingredients aren’t as good.
Anyway, I’ve expressed my concern to my husband and asked him to help me with figuring out some healthier meals. I have a few nutrition books I haven’t bothered reading yet (lol) that may help too, but I just can’t shake the guilt of how I’ve been eating

My stupid useless school didn't teach me any of these signs. I have absolutely no idea what the heck she's signing. Earlier this week, I had a topic up looking for some sponge painting/stippling advice for a Dreadnought that I am about to paint. One of the posters who gave advice in that thread presented a picture of two gorgeous Repulser Executioners that they run with their Salamanders.
That got me thinking: what would a Salamnders armored core list running Ironstorm Spearhead look like? I've always been a huge fan of tanks and other heavy tech like giant stompy robots. When getting into the hobby I almost went Iron Hands over Salamanders for that reason (but hated their lore. Salamanders all the way). Just for the fun of theory crafting, I started playing around with my current Salamanders list to see what modifications could be made to turn it into an armored focus list.
