2024.11.25 20:34 evranch "Timer too close" after switching to Orbiter extruder
Running on Tronxy V6 and an old laptop which never had trouble keeping up.
I switched the stock Titan to an Orbiter 2 and now can extrude at 100mm/s instead of 30mm/s.
Performance is great, prints are beautiful BUT now I'm getting the dreaded "timer too close" even with the host PC stripped down. Usually when my prints are nearly done, of course. While printing it's sitting at less than 10% CPU usage, plenty of free RAM. Never had any issues before, running Klipper for years.
Can the board just not keep up with the step counts to sling the extruder? No option to change the microstepping as the drivers are set up in standalone mode on this board. I know Orbiter recommends 16 microsteps, but I'm stuck at 32.
Workaround? Just run the extruder slower? I'm never printing at 100mm/s of course... just retraction and prime.

Hi
I'm in the process of a very difficult Kundalini awakening. I awakened it through breathwork in 2019. My difficulties include energy making me uncomfortable in my body as well as strong negative emotions (purging fear of death) almost all day and intense insomnia. I get surges of K but this one has been the hardest as its over 3 months now and the energy is strong in my head so very hard to be in the world ( i have a wife and two kids)
Anyway ive tried many things consistently from the wiki on the Kundalini subreddit and not had much success with any of it.
One thing that keeps coming up from some K teachers is that i should be learning to be the observer. I just wondered if this had worked for anyone else going through a difficult awakening and also any simple effective exercises to acheive this.
