Hello - I have a secondary sound card dedicated to tactile transducers. On my main sound card I have headphones plugged in but I want to also connect a transducer to that same sound card so I can get audio feedback to that transducer but in order to do so I need to activate ‘base redirect’ within the sound cards properties but in order for that be to be active I need to have a cable plugged into the subwoofers 3.5mm port. When I plug the transducer into that 3.5mm subwoofer port the sound card goes into surround sound mode and base redirect is enabled but my headphones do not work because they are plugged into the headphone port.
Any suggestions?

Hi all, my FIL recently discovered this photo of my husband's grandfather and his siblings. We believe it to be the only photo in existence of them when they were young, so my husband and his family are very wary of having the physical print handled in any way.
Could somebody please help us add clarity and - if possible/willing - colorize this photo? No worries at all if colorization is too much trouble, as I'm sure everyone would be more than happy with just the clearer copy alone.

2024.11.25 18:21 KingOriginal5013 What is your most successful unit type?

Maybe it's just that I like the run and gun play style, but shotties get the most kills on average. Snipers get almost no action. They need to be set up just right to get a kill shot. They are lucky to fire once in any battle. I usually switch to a pistol after boarding a UFO. LMGs are mostly used to blow the doors off ships. They do a fair number of suppressions and kills, but suppress my own guys just as often. Sheilds seem to get the fewest kills, but they are good at saving lives, so I guess they have their use. A rifle doesn't seem to have much killing power. They are okay to soften up a target or finish them off. I see posts where people love snipes and gunners. Maybe I am using them wrong? Any suggestions?
