I am currently driving a 370z and I'm looking at a possible trade in to an RS. The most worrying thing about it I keep reading is how rough the ride is in general as well as with the pogoing. I am aware that the DSC controller can mostly fix the pogoing.
Anyone here who has driven a 370z as well, would you say the RS rides much rougher on regular roads than the Z (which I don't find rough at all)? I have yet to test drive the RS but I'm looking to gauge how much different my experience would be with most likely a 16 MY RS.

Is it true? How can something that serves the community in the capacity of a trail be put for sale? Is there no way to prevent this from happening?
I don't see a way that whoever buys it doesn't ruin it by developing it, why else would they invest money.
Is there a way to gather money and have the "community" purchase it?
I am completely in disbelief that something like that can be put up for sale.

2024.11.25 20:29 BearZerkByte PC Blacking Out
A while ago I asked for help here when my PC would have the CPU & GPU fans whir up to what I'm assuming is max speed given the noise but only when gaming!
I've looked around a lot since that time and believe I match what others have which is the CPU is shutting down to avoid overheating, because seemingly when this happens it does everything my PC does - fans to the max to cool the CPU down, and won't restart until the entire computer has been turned off.
Now since then I've updated my BIOS, I've updated (I'm almost certain) all my Motherboard drivers, but this has been an issue since 2019! The only problem was back then it was infrequent, on new/demanding games (like Control) and only occured in the summer, not the winter. Now it seems my PC is cursed to never play again.
I want to know several things:
1 - Why would my PC go from overheating never, to only in summer at the hottest to now seemingly any time I game on even simple things like "The Witness"?
2 - Assuming my PC is far enough away from the backwall to ventilate properly, what other new precautions can I look to add to my computer? I keep wondering for instance should I reapply thermal paste as it's been a while since it's been in there most likely.
3 - is my CPU just dying a slow but hot (like 80s public pool montage) death? For reference it's an Intel Core i5 7500 running at 3.4GHz
4 - Should I just cut and run and build a new PC when I've got the dough? Since my creation AMD seem to have run away with the entire game and my 2080 does pale compared to the modern day line up but still beyond better than most are lucky to have.
in short: - how fucked is this rig? can it be saved by some simple tinkering or do we need to throw the baby out with the bathwater and make a new baby, bath and also water?

Did someone take it off and forget to replace it? also have a second set of questions and would like some ideas, same vehicle. l'm getting two codes P0171 Bank1 and P456 very small leak. The P456 I have had checked out since I got the car nearly three years ago and I still keep having issues, the P0171 is obviously a subset of the P456 code. I have replaced my Evap valve multiple times, replaced my gas cap (both from Nissa and aftermarket), and had a smoke test done twice, they say its fixed and the codes come back after a few months. lalso replaced my cracked head gasket and sparkplugs last summer on my own. Lately I have noticed this weird hissing noise near the right side of my engine nearly every time I turn on my car after it been sitting for awhile.
