Hi everyone, I am writing a paper, and in one paragraph, I’m just trying to use a single example to show that in order to be adherent to state law, sometimes as school counselors we have to go against our professional ethics since laws trump ethics in legal disputes.
I wanted to ask any school counselors that work or have worked in Alabama if they had to follow a state law that contradicted professional ethics or standards as defined by ASCA.
When doing some preliminary research, I saw that in 2021, Alabama introduced a bill concerning gender-affirming healthcare and breaching of confidentiality if a student discloses to a school counselor that they are gender-questioning, identify as transgender or any other gender non-conforming identity that contradicts their assigned sex at birth. However, I couldn’t find anything that explicitly states whether that particular law was signed into effect.
Any help would be appreciated!

 | I'm recording energy usage for quite a while now with Shelly 1PM's which always worked quite well for me But Shelly deletes old records after 2 years or so but I want to keep the data. That's why I've setup an HA instance a and started recording everything w/ HA as well. But now I want to be able to see the consumption data similar to how it's in Shelly: Select a timerange, see the consumption per day/week/whatever for a device/room. Compare with the previous cycle and so on. I'm sure you can do something similar in HA but I just can't figure it out. Can someone help to push me here in the right direction? This is the next step but maybe someone has done something similar in the past and give me hints for it as well: I've downloaded all the data from Shelly so it's not lost. How can I import it into HA though? I read I have to do it per SQL which isn't a problem really but I'd be more than happy to find a working solution rather than tinkering around on my own.
