Hey guys, it's my first time making a post, but I just wanted to share my theory after reading through the FPE letters. I'm sure other people have had similar theories and I'm not unique, but I'd love to discuss with like-minded individuals.
For a while now, I've felt that there must be more than one Clancy. There is a lot of evidence-- the nose scare, the little trapdoor trick, etc.
After reading the FPE letters that come from other citizens of Dema, it gelled in my brain that Clancy is not a name, but a title. It's the name taken up by escapees from Dema, people who are fighting against the cycle of the bishops. It's not until Tyler's character kind of takes up the mantle as leader of the revolution that he says, "I am Clancy."
Was this a code name or a the name of the first escapee? Was it a name they chose to avoid detection by the bishops or was it a name given by the bishops? What do you think?
So in a sense, we are all Clancy as well. We are fighting to escape negative cycles too.

Atenção: Ouro e Prata não é investimento e, sim, proteção de patrimônio.
Dito isto, qual a melhor forma de comprar, onde comprar e como se proteger?
Eu conheço as ETF de ouro, não sei se existe de prata, mas assim: apagão pode acontecer. Eu não confio em ETF de ouro, por 2 motivos:
- Se eu comprar 100 reais deste etf, posso retirar o ouro físico em algum lugar?
- Vamos supor que tenho um patrimônio em etf, como eu, em momentos de crise, onde sistemas de ações e etc. cairão, posso reaver esse meu patrimônio? Loss total.
Eu penso em comprar ouro e prata fisicamente. O ouro para assegurar meu patrimônio contra inflação e refúgio em crises e prata para transações pequenas, pois é mais fácil trocar prata em pão do que ouro em pão, tendo em vista que o valor da prata por grama é bem, mas bem menor que o ouro.
O problema é, se invadirem minha casa e eu não tiver escondido num buraco super secreto é loss na certa, e se souberem da existência desses metais em casa, loss também, pois a tortura iria vir.
Até pensei numa hipotese de deixar 2 lugares, um mais a vista em caso de sequestro e etc, e outro escondido. Qualquer coisa, daria o lugar mais visível com o menor valor.
Enfim, como me proteger disso? Há outras formas?
Onde comprar? Vi a morgantis, mas parece que só tem prata lá, irei comprar também, mas não achei onde comprar ouro.
Aliás, eu sei também que o ETF eu pagaria o valor puro da commoditie, mas, eu não estou me importando muito com isso.

My husband and I have run out of money defending him and trying to get his kids back. His ex works for child protective services and knows the system through and through, she has been able to modify reports until recently. She has made up many lies and took the children off him, we've been fighting for several years now and so far the report writer has believed her lies. We have recently completed the more in depth family report and the psychologist was starting to see the web of lies but we will never know her thoughts until the report is written. It's the worst case of domestic violence (and using the system to continue that) I've ever seen. Any advice for the future? Apparently if you have had a paid solicitor you cannot apply for legal aid is this true? It seems someone can make up lies and until you prove it otherwise you are presumed guilty? Even when the children have been subject to danger and neglect. It's beyond frustrating.

Hi all, I have alopecia totalis (second time around) and I recently realized that whenever I have started losing hair or had bouts of hair loss, it’s been around the time I’ve been strength training and lifting heavy weights in the gym. I feel like maybe it’s adding more stress to my body when it’s already stressed? Has anyone seen this happen to them as well?

for the past like half year shadows been giving the 20 dollar first month boost and 35 first month power offers out and this would work only for your first month. You could however cancel each month and resubscribe when ur term ends with the same codes (WELCOMESHADOW and POWER2024) however as of recently they've put a halt to that and now each code can only be used once per user.
absolutely makes sense from their business perspective but it is unfortunate for few of us using it. after all it did mean you would have to reset ur pc every month. (some months i would just bite the bullet and take the full 50 to keep my data) Just curious if anyone else was using this lol. (didn't say anything on here till it was changed for obvious reasons, if you find a work around don't spread it)
Also my apologies if this is agains the subreddits rules but seeing as nothing wrong was done i am sure its not

The other day I had a really unpleasant interaction at work with an angry customer. Right after he left, someone who had been politely waiting said to me, “Jesus, some people…”
We had a chat about retail and it’s trials and tribulations. Now, I sell fancy sunglasses and have a sister company that does prescriptions and carry the same brands I do. I see this sweet guy is wearing some older glasses with scratches while his wife shops for herself. I ask him what he does for sunglasses and he wears uncomfortable contacts and cheap shades.
“Hold on a second.” I ran to the back and got one of my ~special~ coupons. I only get 6 to give out, but I had just had a ROUGH time and this guy was just so sweet. I came back out and handed him a coupon for 50% off prescription sunglasses at my sister company.
“Now I’m not telling you what to do with this, but it would make ME really happy if you took this to our sister store and got yourself some prescription sunnies, half price, on me.”
He got teary eyed, he was so shocked that I would hand him something so valuable (I’m talking like up to $600 off or more) and we shook hands for a long time.
Having someone to just commiserate with after a rough moment means a lot to me. I hope he comes back to show me what he got.

2024.11.25 19:30 autism-throwaway85 Issues with input delay.
I stream from an Nvidia shield with the latest version of steam link, using both a PS5, and a PS4 controller. Both my PC and the shield have cabled connection to the router. When I push a button while streaming there is a noticeable input delay, which doesn't happen while using moonlight/sunshine.
I don't understand, because with this setup I should be able to stream no problem. I have tried a lot of different settings, but none seem to fix it. Does anyone else have the same issue?
